Took the optionnal full coverage for a rental car. It was a good idea since a small accident resulted in 800 euros damage excess charge. After submitting the required paperwork I was fully reimbursed. in less than a week.

Could not be happier! Hired a car through discover cars for the UK, when returning the car, the company found a small scuff on the wheel and they charged us £890. We used Sincera to insure our rental car during a trip to New Zealand. Unfortunately, someone drove into the back of our hire car, and as we had taken out insurance with Sincera rather than directly with the hire company, we were charged the full $3000 excess.

Having lodged the claim when we returned home, it took forever and a day for the rental company to get the car into the shop and the necessary repairs completed (9 weeks in total rather than the promised 10 days). Sincera - and specifically, Sergey - were both patient and incredibly helpful in getting some movement from the rental company. On his own accord, Sergey contacted the rental company, and within a week, we had the matter completely resolved. Moreover, our claim was then accepted and processed within 24 hours of the repair being confirmed.

All in all, I'd thoroughly recommend Sincera, and like to give a special shout out to Sergey, who was helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process.

Never had so satisfying experience with an insurance company, had an accident, broken the rear mirror, charged 1580£ from the rental company. Raised to Sincera and in less then a week got all the money back.
