I ordered two white bunnies with tins for Easter present and two empty tins arrived. Costing £14. I emailed but was informed they packed the bunnies and I told them they were not in the box. They then replied saying I didn’t order them. When the order clearly stated two white bunnies. So they tried to offer me £3 compensation. I’m calling my bank to report them and get a full refund. Stay clear!! They also took a further £4 from my bank with another £3 pending so I had to email for a refund. Scammers !!

I wish I could give zero fir this site. Ordered a joke calendar for my grandson over a month ago...still not arrived. No idea when it will. Additionally they also took more money than order total ( eventually dortrr) AI generated responses to my queries. Just the worse service and experience ever. Do not trust this site

Zero customer service lies. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Still waiting f. Lies lies. But they still take your money. The Easter bunnies are sitting in England 29/3/2026. Scam. Do not order tgat taje your money

If I could give zero star I would have, I ordered 3 bunny key ring bag charms for my 3 granddaughters, after 5 weeks, still no delivery, emails show they left Cambridge 29/03/2026, they must be hopping all the way to Scotland, I sent e.mail tonight 2nd April at 23.43 and got a reply at 23.45 saying must be lost they will reorder, funny how they can check the position of the 3 bunny’s in less than 2minutes, total waste of my time and money, do not order anything from this site, 😡

Ordered a pair of waterproof gloves 3 weeks ago looked at the tracking and it's just a scam..

Ordered two pairs of the thermal gloves on the 24th Nov. Order confirmed straight away, however I didn’t receive any further emails regarding shipping or delivery etc so didn’t think the product was coming after seeing other reviews, order arrived today (13th Dec). Good quality gloves, came as described!

I was going to buy the thermal gloves which I though too good to be true. Read all the reviews and noticed something fishy. All the Reviews from US are at least 4 stars if not 5, and all the account have only that one review! How odd eh?

Don’t get exactly what you ordered…
Then say you ordered incorrectly and you have to pay expensive charges back to Chinese warehouse.
Think twice before ordering through this company.

This company deserves zero stars!
I received an item (Anxiety Bookshelf | Shake Away Your Anxiety) that does not match the seller’s description or product photos. The advertised illustrated spines are missing, making the product unsuitable as intended.
I contacted the seller with photos and requested a replacement or refund but have not received a satisfactory response with an offer of only £2 as a refund when the cost was £16.53. I will only get a full refund if I return the sub standard product back to China at a significant cost to me.
What's more worrying I paid through PayPal but the transaction is not on my Activity page and PayPal don't have this company registered with them so how they recieved the payment I do not know and I cannot raise a dispute. PayPal are currently investigating.
I will now search company reviews on Trustpilot before I order on line. Once bitten , twice shy!

"Anxiety Bookcase" not as advertised. Poor quality. No detail. Not suitable for purpose advertised. Have not responded to emails sent requesting return labels and refund. Totally fraudulent! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

This company deserves no stars, do not buy from them, they really are scammers. I bought 2 anxiety bookshelves from them, I really wish I had looked at the reviews beforehand, firstly they took more money out of my bank account than the product cost (they did refund this part after a week) but when the products arrived they were nothing like what I had ordered but a very cheap and nasty replica. They had used the first part of another companies promotional video as their own, made a nasty alternative and sent that out. I have been contacting them daily asking for a full refund, up to now they have offered me 2pd and said it would cost ME a lot of money to return them. I have said I won’t pay the bill to return as they have scammed me. These people are disgusting, taking people’s hard earned money and thinking it’s acceptable. Avoid avoid avoid.

The product I ordered was poor quality compared to what was advertised. I asked for a refund but I am being sent another item. Not what I wanted.

One star is too many. My order was given tracking status that was not true and emailing the company was pointless. Eventually set u a dispute to get my money back.

I was charged more than advertised. I received various shipping updates. Products never arrived. Post Office advised me this is a SCAM company. Fake tracking numbers and information. Have gone to the bank to try and get it sorted!

I found this aquarium cube to be pretty effective; however, quicker results would enhance the overall experience.
