100% recommendation - education law

I was shocked reading the reviews left by previous customers. Mike represented me in 2003. He was a shining light, for someone who did not have an easy ride in the education system. I have lifetime irreversible baggage. I will never get over it. Mike wasnt made aware of my past education journey from my teenager years but I will always be indebted to him, a blessing in disguise. He won my case, he gave me best legal advice and I cannot thank him enough.

There was a conspiracy plot to fail me because I was an easy target who carried childhood trauma at the latter stages of my education journey. I had suffered a nervous breakdown aged 15 years old. This was the foundations in me to suffer 25 years of non motor epilepsy seizures and finally receiving a diagnosis. Due to the neuro symptoms I was often called mad or persuaded I had some psychiatric illness in the NHS. I remained strong. I wish Mike was recommended to us way back in the 1990's. When something like epilepsy hits you, its life changing, coupled with depression, anxiety, hopelessness and fear, it can be an over whelming experience. Negative things happens one after another. I struggled to get a grip in dealing with conflict and exploitation. It took me 10 years to learn how to laugh.

Without the expertise like Mike, others like myself in the 1984 big brother education system, a survivor will not be represented, radical changes was needed. Think again before you tear strips writing negative words. I cannot comment on people's experience, I am genuinely sorry to hear it did not work out for you all.

I have complex health issues I had to stop teaching. I did 8 years service. My wounds have healed. I remembered Mike telling me you are now free, his words were inspirational. He had so much empathy. I truly feel that now. He carried me to the finish line, exhausted mentally, emotionally battered and bruised. My victory is his also.

I know my parental rights of my 2 boys who are are neurodiverse. Experiences shapes you who you are

Mike is an outstanding and professional pro. We need more like him out there. Thank you Mike.

My maiden name is Grace if you may remember me Mike.

Avoid

I had to constantly chase up. They did not read through the documents I sent them. I ended up paying quite a lot of money for two emails.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. I particularly refer to the solicitor John Ford (and his firm which Sinclairs absorbed). This individual misled me charging me an excessive amount of money to ask for legal aid for me. He failed and then he asked for more and more money 'to keep trying'. It was a complete rip off. I stopped throwing my money at him when I realised he was exploiting me. Then he went to Sinclairs and they set about pursuing me with money collectors and all kinds of threats to intimidate me into paying a total of around £4,500 in return for doing absolutely NOTHING about my case, not even an A4 sheet.
