Made to feel welcomed and comfortable by Rizwan. He showed me the compacted wax in my ear and explained thoroughly the next step. Within a couple of minutes of him starting the suction I could hear again and no more buzzing. Very nice gentleman, will be going back if needed in the future and recommending to family and friends.

Welcoming receptionist, warm welcome from Rizwan the audiologist. Everything explained throughly with before and after ear camera video shown. In and out in 5 minutes and I can hear perfectly again and no ringing in my ears anymore! Would highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve been to sine earcare to have my ears cleaned. I had been deaf in that ear for five days hoping it would clear.

I arrived early, was seen at 8.45 and out for 9.05.
Treatment was first class, after initial consultation, the wax was removed thoroughly and without any discomfort. The procedure could be seen on a monitor and everything was explained in detail by Riz.
I have no hesitation in recommending this friendly and professional company.

Having been suffering from a blocked and sticky left ear for some time, and despite using proprietory ear wax cleansing products and oils without success I decided I needed a procedure to clear and clean the ear.
SINE has a local clinic to me and after several recommendations I made an appointment and was fortunate to be seen later the same day.
The kind and gentle physician examined both ears after a short consultation with me as to the problem and explained that both ears needed attention, after which he showed me exactly the problems in each ear by using an endoscope displaying the camera image on a screen for me to see.
The microsuction procedure is painless and without discomfort and the physician explained all that was about to happen before as well as whilst he performed the cleaning.
Great result and my ears feel so much more clear. The efficiency of the staff and the cleanliness and atmosphere of the clinic was first class and I would recommend it to anyone. The price is very reasonable and the results well worth the outlay.
