Returned a blazer for a different size
Returned a blazer for a different size, didn’t hear anything from them. Contacted them with the tracking number and they said they never received it. Only when I contacted An Post and asked them to open a case that they miraculously found it! Sent out the other jacket without the free(was on offer at the time) item that I had returned.
