Our heating went down early Autumn (when everyone is turning their heating on for the first time) and Sines response time for first contact and coming to resolve the problem was first class. Job done.

I cannot recommend Sines enough, I'm so pleased with the work they have done and how they carried out the work in my home. The way all of the team interacted with me left me with confidence in their work and they went above and beyond to help with my requests and do a good job.
Customer service was excellent from everyone I was in contact with. Communication was very easy, they were happy to answer questions, put my mind at ease about things and explain things to me.
The guys who fitted the boiler were really friendly, polite, professional and very accommodating. They worked hard throughout their time at mine. They hoovered thoroughly before leaving each day and were conscious of safety in relation to my children.
Also very reasonably priced.

I am so impressed with the service I received whilst having my boiler replaced. I was quite anxious because my central heating was installed back in the 70’s and the pipe work was interesting .
Simon visited to assess what needed to be done and advise on the best boiler for the space available. We booked a date for the installation and the two gentleman arrived at 8am on the day to carry out the work. They were polite efficient and very considerate and to my delight the job was finished and everything cleaned up and debris taken away by 4pm. I would happily recommend Sines as they are always reliable, efficient and very respectful of the customer and their property.

From Steve's visit to advise on our best options to Simon & Martyn fitting our new combi boiler, I remain hugely impressed by this company. The fitters turned up at 7.30 on the dot each day and although there was lots of mess during the works, they cleaned up immaculately at the end of each day and it was a pleasure having them in the house. Highly recommended.

Its been approximately 6 months now since the team at Sines completed our full central heating system fit out. From the quote visit to commissioning the system everything was easy with awesome communication and support on what we need or where we wanted to site radiators and the boiler, nothing was difficult. Very professional, punctual and polite. Even after the first week and the electrians drilled through a pipe, the team came out within hours to repair the damage. Their service is amazing. We can't thank them enough.

It was great experience from the very first moment and having our old boiler checked to the end having new one installed. Sarah was communicating everything very clearly throughout the process so I always knew where things were and what are the next steps.
Boiler check, installation and all service around was absolutely amazing - gents are doing wonderful job leaving you with confidence that everything has been installed properly, according to manufacturer specification and safe. All works were done very neatly and professionally. Also, all of them were super nice, friendly and happy to answer any question that I got. A very big thank you to each one of you for this - it really made me feel comfortable and whole thing really smooth!

Sines installed my new boiler. it was a great experience from initial phone contact with the office, site visit & the installation. The entire Sines' team was friendly, professional, and communicated really well. in particular I was very happy with the installation - both the work done & the explanation of what was happening. My mums boiler completely went a week before Xmas and they rushed around to sort out a boiler and installed it in 24hrs! Can’t thank them enough for this as my 74 year old mother had heat and hot water back on within a day.

I have just had a new boiler installed and my flue replaced/rerouted by Sines.
I can highly recommend them, the whole team. Starting with the communication on the phone with Sarah and also Jayne. Then Steve's 2 visits to my house to assess the job and provide what I consider is a very reasonable quote, to Martin and Simon’s excellent workmanship with the installation. They took time to explain everything they’d done and why.

Everybody at Sines, led by Steve, went out of their way to ensure the best possible experience with a replacement boiler in my Mum's house. This was a fairly complicated job, and I was so grateful for the way the whole team thought through the issues and problems to arrive at a great solution. Martin and Simon worked incredibly hard to get the job done, and were both brilliant with my Mum, who has dementia. I would also like to give a special mention to Sarah in the office, who was so wonderfully polite, kind, helpful and thoughtful in all of our conversations and email exchanges.

After many years of service, my old boiler finally gave up. Steve from Sines came round very quickly and pronounced it beyond saving, but kicked it into a last spurt of life to get over the coming cold weekend. Monday - Martin and Steve arrived to fit the new Worcester boiler, did an excellent job, always explaining what they were doing and why it had to be that particular way. Finished up, all clean and tidy, and checked , and re-checked , and made sure I knew where everything was and what it was doing - very thorough in all they did. Very pleased all round with the people doing the work, and the office keeping me informed. Maybe not the cheapest out there, but the work they did was above and beyond, and all the little extra touches (like replacing the rotted cover on the header tank) add to a really good experience. The old saying goes - you get what you pay for - and excellence is never going to be cheap. I should have had this work done years ago, the new system is so much better, and so much quieter.

This is the second time that I have used Sines Heating and Plumbing and I was not disappointed. They were up to their very high standards (quick, clean and professional). I would not hesitate in calling them again if I need anything else done.

Excellent and professional services provided by Sines when we had an emergency when our boiler broke beyond repair. Customer service provided a swift and sympathetic response. Steve and Ben worked hard and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable priced new boiler and would highly recommend.
