They shouldn’t require booking…
They shouldn’t require booking appointments, as it makes it easier for customers to just walk in. Also, they don’t provide pricing information, which made it difficult for me to ask about styling options. Of course, it’s important to give customers a warm welcome and make them feel comfortable. It feels intimidating to ask them questions about the fabrics. Why don’t they try to create a pleasant atmosphere and give customers a positive, welcoming experience?
