I placed an order online and got an immediate response that one of the items was no longer in stock. I wrote back asking for a refund and to cancel the entire order. I got no response to my request so I emailed again asking for a refund. It has been several days and they have not replied at all. They have my money but I have no product. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible customer service.

Wonderful to do business with. I ordered a couple of variety packs. Two of my selections were not available so they contacted me to confirm substitutions and then threw in a few bonus pods. Lightning fast delivery.

I've been ordering online for several years. Have always had prompt delivery and excellent service.
My most recent experience was phenomenal. I was unable to complete my order online so I emailed the company.
Connie called me a few hours later and was quickly able to assist me. She was friendly and happy to help. Excellent service

I have been ordering coffee on-line for many years from this company and have always had great experiences and great communication from Connie when the odd glitch happens. They have a wide variety of categories and delivery preferences. My favourite part is the option to try FREE samples, which have expanded my taste for good coffee.

I have tried to order from this company in Edmonton online and hence the title "Don't Bother" Something so simple has become so hard. I have spoken to a Connie who really is the rudest person.It takes hours for her to do the simplest task "ordering with the very shopper's who pay her wages. She has another person call you when she cannot complete this task and I could not understand him at all as his line phone was garbled. I have spoken to Terry at actual store who assured me she would have owner call me but Connie who could not help with order intercepted that email and called me in a rage instead! A simple thing ordering online has become in this store difficult. The owners obviously don't care as I never heard a peep from them as promised that I would. In this day and age with all of the competing coffee businesses I guess they can afford to lose business. This speaks volumes as to their customer service! Update no calls no website that works .Connie or owners never called as Connie refuses to allow letters or emails to them. We have put complaints in all websites and am getting responses from people same experience. They feel this company as we do does not really care about customers!
