Misleading business model and very low product quality

I cancelled my membership within the legal 14-day withdrawal period according to the Swedish Distance Selling Act. Despite this, the company refuses to acknowledge my cancellation and claims that the law does not apply, insisting that I must pay for a full year of membership going forward. This is an unlawful way of handling customers and reported to Swedish ARN.

In addition to this, I purchased six towels a few months ago, and four of them have already started to fray and come apart at the edges. The quality is extremely poor — IKEA towels have better durability than this. They market their products as “high quality at a low price,” but in reality the products do not hold up at all.

Their business model feels like a scam: locking customers into long-term memberships that are practically impossible to cancel, even when consumer protection laws clearly say otherwise, while selling low-quality products under the promise of premium quality.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious before signing up.
