I ordered and intake for my chevy pickup Sept. 14th 2020. I got comfirmation of the order and they charged my credit card for the item. A couple of days later I got an email that my intake was backordered and it would be 4-6 weeks before they would ship it. I cancelled the order and asked them to refund my credit card. It has been a week since I cancelled the order. I have called and they said I would get my refund within 5 business days. It has been 6 days and no refund!!!!! I need my money back. I don't want to pay interest on my money and wait 6 weeks for my part!!!!!

Ordered two items. One came very quick, the other got back ordered and is taking longer to be delivered. Emailed them asking what the situation was and they emailed back a few days later to keep me updated.

Everyone has been formal and very helpful and knowledgeable. When I called for concerns or questions I was met with hospitality, professionalism, and answers. I will be buying from your company again for sure.

You guys are fantastic. The parts you provide are made so precise. Regardless of a plug missing from my coolant filter. You got it to me literally the next day. Well done

Great products but horrible communication. I placed an order and over 2 weeks go by with no communication. I sent a few emails asking what was going on and when my parts may be expected to ship... no response. Going on a month now with no tracking or info at all. You guys are blowing it with customer service. All I want is to know my order is in process or something..... I understand manufacturing parts may take time and that’s fine. You need to let the customer know the status of their order..... hopefully I get something soon.

Ordered a couple Charge pipes due to Ford being on national back order and Sinister Diesel was able to help out with having theirs available. Great quality products, friendly service and quick responses.

I ordered a coolant and oil filtration system for my 2005 6.0 and it is excellent. Works great and figment was perfect. I also ordered the inter cooler charge pipe kit with the intake elbow but I am still waiting on it to come in. Can’t wait till it gets here!
