Easy to order great products at a good price prompt service

This company will keep hounding you for reviews after you got your goods. To me it’s just spam and anoying

Appallingly Customer Service/ After Sales
My advice is if you can purchase elsewhere then do so.
Ordered sink listed as 7 to 10 day delivery and even after checking with their Customer Service on numerous days and being assured by them that it would arrive within the delivery timescale it didn't.
Turns out in transit doesn't mean on route to customer but instead waiting on delivery of stock from their supplier.
Sink finally arrived 4 days after delivery timescale and 2 days after kitchen fitters left.

Easy process from ordering to delivery.
Modern Kitchens not only had the appliance at a really good price, but also kept me informed about the status of my delivery. Excellent service.

Ordered early on recommendation from reviews. Order delivered on specified date. Blanco sink and tap fitted today and look lovely. Great value. Only gripe is the 2 year warranty which I queried as blanco products have 25 year warranties. No one could offer an explanation why the warranty is substantially reduced. Happy with purchase.

Purchased a gas hob just recently. Delivery and comms were very good and item arrived as described. All fully fitted by gas engineer and working like a dream. Thank you

Never shopped with modern kitchen appliances before but they came out the cheapest when searching for blanco 70 sink.

I ordered Friday eve and following Monday at 8am, sink was delivered and no issues.

great prompt service and defo will be using again.

Very pleased with the Blanco sinks and the taps. There was a delay delivering some items but that was due to the Christmas period otherwise very pleased and would purchase again 👍🏻

1 gas hob found cheap and thought "that will do, same size, drop right into hole electric one leave behind"

Arrived nicely packed, quick and fitted today to replace the 15 year old electric thing.

Ordered a Blanco sink in between Christmas and new year. It was delivered 2 days later on the Saturday at no extra cost. Very pleased with the sink and the service was excellent.

Absolute joke, total lack of product knowledge, extractor fan ordered with a 7-10 day lead time, still no product after 6 weeks.

Advised that item was damaged but were not willing to deliver the item so I could access.

Pathetic £50 discount offered.

As a result this company totally messed up my kitchen fitting at great cost and time, I would not use this company again get some real help from professionals.

The tap is brilliant - smooth water flow and is really sturdy and looks lovely. We replaced a smaller version but this is much better. Not the fastest delivery if that’s what you’re looking for but we received regular updates on estimated delivery times (took 2 weeks). Would recommend.
