I ordered a Blanco sink from Modern Kitchen Appliances. The price was competitive, however they were unable to deliver by the originally promised date.
The delivery was delayed a number of times further by the manufacturer, but it was handled well by MKA, with good communication. I was offered the option of cancelling the order for a full refund should I wish but I chose to wait. I was offered a compensatory gift by way of apology which was accepted.
The gift failed to arrive with the sink delivery, but once I informed MKA, it was despatched that day and arrived the next day.

I always feel that the best measure of a business is how they handle things when they don't go quite to plan. In this instance, whilst a bit frustrating along the way, MKA did everything that could be expected of them and I now have my sink and gift, so I'm happy to report an overall positive experience and would deal with them again.

I recently ordered multiple kitchen items from Modern Kitchens and was impressed with their extensive selection online. The prices were very competitive, making it a great value for money. Although there was a slight delay in delivery, the team went above and beyond to arrange an overnight shipment to ensure I received everything on time. I truly appreciated being kept in the loop with tracking updates — it made the process smooth and stress-free.
All items arrived in authentic packaging and in perfect condition. I’m delighted with the overall experience and will definitely be returning to Modern Kitchens for future purchases. Highly recommend!

Took over 3 weeks for sink to arrive. Had to put off the kitchen fitter

Everything went smoothly. Purchased a new sink for our kitchen at a great deal from Modern Kitchen Appliances. Arrived promptly, exactly what we ordered. Would definitely use them again, couldn't ask for more.

Thank you customer service at Modern Kitchen appliances for being really helpful. Sink plug had been accidentally thrown away by the fitter but customer service sent one free of charge in the post. The lady I spoke to was so lovely.

Made phone call, emailed enquiry, both of which helped greatly in being able to purchase a Bosch Gas hob from MKA, after larger companies on line didn’t come up with the goods at the very competitive price that MKA did, many thanks.

The lady checked stock when I phoned and informed me that the model I wanted was in stock, and I would get it the next day. The delivery was on time and professionally delivered.

Product took some time to deliver and item had a European plug conversion making it rather big. Had to cut off and replace with uk plug for it to fit. Otherwise product seems fine.

I could not fault the products they sell nor the customer service communication.
We have ordered a Franke sink, which arrived on time, in a pristine condition, as it was really well packed.
The costumer service got in touch shortly after placing the order online, letting me know the product I have ordered might experience some delays due to supplier’s factory, offering me the option to choose from other similar sinks that could arrive in time (as advertised online).
We have chosen one, as we didn’t want to wait for couple of weeks more however, this was at a higher price but, without having to pay the difference, as a good will gesture. That was really nice and unexpected.
In few words, the whole experience was spot on, end to end.
