With 12 distinct agents, Sinatra has a lot to offer. While it takes a little time to fully get used to the assistants and understand their capabilities, the output is incredibly useful for almost any business question. Additionally, managing social media has become much easier thanks to Sinatra.

I've just started my business and Sintra has helped my identify revenue streams I hadn't thought of. There is a bit of a learning curve but I can see the value in this product already.

One I started using it I was struggling and obviously a trial run wasn’t available. Figuring out how to set it up and then letting it work was organizing my chaos. The system is amazing and working while I sleep!!! SOP will help you help yourself…

Sintra did not warn me about the fact that I could get kicked off of IG and facebook if Sintra post to many Ads. other then that I like it

Easy to Use and work with. Only ask would be if there was a way where you could give a Macro Task and they would all go and accomplish their task needed for the group goal, like an Orchestra and I am the Maestro. I know its a great idea and I will happily take 2% royalties on it :)

The agent setup is great for a solo business owner. It gets the immediate things needed to start a business going. The social media manager and web site development is key as those are key pieces to starting a business.

I wanted to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with the platform and customer support. While I appreciate the vision and tools Sintra.ai offers, I’ve consistently run into issues involving deployment syncing and website updates not properly reflecting on the live site. What has been most disappointing is the customer support experience. Response times have often been very long, and many of the replies feel repetitive or automated rather than directly addressing the specific issues I’m encountering. As someone actively trying to launch and grow a professional apparel brand, these delays and unresolved technical problems have made the process significantly more stressful than it should be.
I’m not looking to be negative I simply want the platform to work reliably and for communication/support to feel more responsive and solution-oriented. I genuinely hope improvements can be made because the platform itself has strong potential.

I am still getting the hang of Sintra but I love it. It’s not difficult. I’m just learning all it has to offer. They have excellent customer service, as well. It’s a great tool for getting your business up and running!

I got off track and it was hard to get back to what I was doing

Sintra has not only streamlined my social media post but it has helped my with ideas on growing my business, getting found in web searchs and managed my inbox better than I have.

It has been great my only feedback is I ran out of credits fast because I don’t know how much credit each action costs. Love the help!

It really saved me alot of monay and time - Great service. The can help from the beginning, but they get better over time when they learn your business.

Have been using Sintra for a couple of weeks, can already see the help it will be able to help with running a new business, along with time saved.

The learning curve of the Sintra agents is one of the best experiences I've had with AI. In no time I was able to outsource tasks to the Sintra agents that would normally have taken me hours to do them by myself, for example my Social Media and Web analytics. I'm highly satisfied. It is like having a highly performing team to talk to, to brainstorm and to delegate tasks.

Happy so far.
It helps with my social media profiles update; but the content it build is still not quite there yet. You need a few amendments but it certainly saved a lot of time.
The speed in answering questions are taking much longer than other AI apps; this must improve as it slow down the work flow. But in general, I'm very happy!!

Got pitched a $10K course where all they were going to do was fix my SEO. I did this and much more in the first month alone and ready to see where this helpers take me and my small business! I’ve already created 3 brains and counting :)

The application it self looks good. Works well. Not comparable to ChatGPT at all. I did my Etsy shop there but I’m not sure yet with the results for now I have low views but it can be for few weeks like this so we will see. The only think I have problem with Sintra is the point system, I’m not in faver at all. Else good
