I’ve had an amazing experience so far with Sintra. It is so easy to maneuver and understand unlike the other apps I’m very happy with it.

I’ve been genuinely impressed with Sintra AI and how well the platform delivers on what it promises. The interface is clean, intuitive, and extremely easy to learn, even if you’re not deeply technical. What really stands out is how quickly you can build websites, apps, workflows, and content with very little friction.

The AI assistants are one of the best features — having specialized assistants for different areas of expertise makes the entire experience feel organized and efficient instead of overwhelming. Everything works together smoothly, and the results are actually useful in real-world business applications.

What surprised me most is how fast projects go from idea to launch. Tasks that normally take days can be completed in hours, and the output consistently performs as promoted. Sintra AI has become an incredible platform for productivity, automation, creativity, and development all in one place.

I signed up for 12 months and after 5 months all of a sudden they have credits

Sintra's intuitive prompts and suggestions for solutions are helpful. From scheduling to providing solutions for efficiency - everything so far has been great.

Great handling my everyday routine. Saves time, with a summary in every task. Good propositions in social media content.

This program is wicked. I do find that I’ve run out of credit quite quick. That’s the only downside.

I really like Sintra, it does take time to train the AI to get what you want, and the occasional update and bug is frustrating but the idea is genius and it really can save a lot of admin time and reduce time on essential tasks freeing you up to be way more productive. I think the platform has so much potential to learn and grow and it is still progressing with this, I do think having these helpers in the workplace as extra staff who have IT skills is the future to help small businesses survive and thrive!

This app saved my life. I was hiring office managers until this. Its truly like 12 employees. They've transformed my communication, social media, content and even life advice. Highly recommend

It is an absolute must if you want to grow your business as a solo operator.

Like it and everything but don't like the credit system very much.

Great experience so far but credits run out quick

Extremely disappointed with how Sintra handled longtime customers.

I originally signed up and paid for an “unlimited” plan for my business and only had 1 user on the account. After nearly 2 years, they suddenly changed the platform to a restrictive credit-based system that now limits usage unless you buy more credits.

I do NOT agree with these changes.

Customers who purchased unlimited plans should have been grandfathered into the original agreement instead of having the service changed after payment. It feels unfair to change the rules years later and force existing users into a completely different billing structure they never agreed to.

What makes this worse is that I only had a single user for my business — I was not running a large team or abusing the platform. Yet they still pushed these limitations onto my account while claiming the changes were for “workspace flexibility” and “team scaling.” That reasoning does not apply to customers like me.

When I raised concerns and requested a refund because the service materially changed from what I originally purchased, they refused and pointed to a 14-day refund policy instead of acknowledging that they changed the core experience long after customers paid.

The responses felt corporate and money-focused rather than customer-focused. Offering credits instead of honoring the original unlimited agreement is not a real solution.

To make matters worse, there is no simple way to delete all chats/data at once — everything has to be deleted manually.

If you are considering Sintra, be careful about investing long-term. Read every policy update carefully because the service you pay for today may not be the same service you have later.

A little gutted that the assistance is capped, as I didn't realise - this wasn't great, particularly mid website - but the support has been invaluable and I couldn't do without it now.

The ai does not work as advertised. It’s basically the lowest form of ChatGPT. Updating the brain is pointless. Now they added “credits” to my subscription with no notice and I no longer get the same amount of use. I have been subscribed for over a year hoping it would get better but it seems the technology gets worse.

Every day I use this program it excites me even more. I've learned so much about my business that I didn't know in the first week. The program is so easy to use as well!

It streamlined a big part of our day to day process's. And it gives an option to creat your own custom helper
