I placed an order and have been waiting for it for 20 days. According to the status, the item was delivered on January 1, 2026 (even though it was a holiday - so it's not possible).
The service desk and info-email are not responding to my emails at all. I am very disappointed with the service.

Sinuss was very informative and reassuring regarding the package we were waiting for, which had been marked as delivered but hadn’t actually arrived. They explained that if it didn’t show up within the following week, they would initiate a claim. Fortunately, the package did arrive, and their support team was quick to respond throughout the process. They’re the best—top-notch customer service!
Pleasant experience with Sinuss
I had a pleasant experience with Sinuss. The wide selection of components made it easy to find all the parts required for my graduation assignment in one place. Delivery was fast and was packaged securely. When I made a mistake ordering the wrong LoRa Transceiver, the customer service was friendly and helpful in guiding me towards the correct part.

Returning the goods takes a long time, now no one responds to messages. In general, I do not recommend this store, it is better to spend money in a place like fdxie, people respect my time.

j'ai commandé des relais commutant 10A 250VAC, comme écrit dans la description:G5Q-1A4-EL2-HA DC24 RELAY, SPST-NO, 24VDC, 10A, THT OMRON j'ai reçu des relais commutant 5A 250VAC l'erreur du fournisseur (Farnell) est dans l'intitulé; EL2 correspond à 5A mais faussement affiché 10 A les relais de 10 A sont marqués EL (pas EL2) selon la fiche technique de OMRON j'ai suggéré de corriger l'intitulé en supprimant le "2" ce qui correspond à la description et la réalité !
j'attend le remboursement total de cette commande pour laquelle j'ai été trompé.

Worst store I dealt with
Charged me for tracking postal, sent letter mail. It took them a week to ship a single IC, and I had to call in to make that happen after a week of waiting.

It took me 3 weeks before I realized that a next day Order had not been delivered. After a short and pleasant phonecall it turned out to be an Inventory/Stock discrepancy which Sinuss resolved in no time by sourcing the component from another supplier and it was delivered asap at no extra cost. - and I was a first time customer with a very small order...
