Sipira is scam! After they pay the exchange, they will file a dispute with PayPal which will result to your account having permanent limited access. Don't fall for it!

My PayPal account was permanently limited after two unauthorized transactions from sipira.com were processed. After that happened, I received this email from PayPal:

“You can no longer use PayPal. After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it. You’ll not be able to use PayPal to send and receive payments or shop online. If you have funds in your PayPal balance, we’ll hold the amount for up to 180 days. After that period, we’ll email you with information on how to access your funds. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.”

I wanted to share my honest experience here so others are aware. Please be careful with unfamiliar transactions, and always protect your account information. Only use money you can afford to lose.

My review is going to be really honest, don't get hooked to it, It works, I was using it too much and my 7 year Paypal account was suspended forever, Had to get a new card since once your PayPal account is suspended, you can't add that card to another PayPal account.
The service worked every single time I created a transaction, I did it over 12 TIMES, Reaching a high amount of money in my account, I was able to withdraw it just on time before PayPal limited my account. The real thing is, we do not know where that money comes from, I believe the is a scam on the other end and that is how we receive our money, people did chargebacks and claims on the account which they tell you always refund and they'll cover it, they always did and covered whatever payment I had to refund.
THE SERVICE WORKS, HOWEVER, THE PEOPLE SENDING YOU THE MONEY ARE THE ONES BEING SCAMMED,(or so to say, but it makes sense) SO PAYPAL WILL EVENTUALLY CANCEL YOU ACCOUNT.

So if you are willing to give it a try, have an immediate form of withdrawal ready and always withdraw or send the money to another account since your paypal account will be eventually suspended forever.
