Great experience

I found some items I really liked and they kindly offered to ship them to Germany for me. Everybody there was so nice, I would 100% recommend this shop.

Amazing customer service
Such amazing customer service!
I ordered a jug and when it arrived it was a bit smaller than I would have liked (my own fault for not checking). I emailed Sipped and they got back to me straight away offering a refund or exchange. I wanted an exchange and Sipped were so helpful sending me side by side pictures of 2 jugs I was deciding between so I could see the colour difference.
They also arranged a new delivery at no extra charge.
All round amazing customer service and I will definitely be ordering from them again!
