It turned out the laptop I ordered was not in stock, however, Shane kindly upgraded me to a similar laptop with higher specs free of charge.

Great customer service and hid nothing in terms of fees. I had a broken HDMI port with my PlayStation and he was able to both source the part locally and have it repaired right before Christmas. Cannot recommend enough!

I accidentally cracked my macbook pro screen and had to replace it, so I did some Google searches and came across Sirius Ireland. I called and talked to the manager. He is polite and patient, it took a little while to find my computer's model number, but he stayed on the line and help me to find it. He is very motivated to help customers, he called me back with a quote within a few minutes of my call and worked out a really good price for me. Apple products aren't cheap and I am happy that I could save some money. He really put a lot of effort to have the new screen delivered and installed in less than 24 hours. I didn't expect it all to be done so quickly, the following afternoon I went to his office and we had a good chat while he changed the screens. The whole process was quick and easy. I am very satisified with their service.
