I bought 2 Jason winters teas from an advertisement on the internet. The promise was; buy 2 teas at regular price & get a 3rd box free. Didn't turn out that way. I received the 2 teas I over paid for but no 3rd box. I just don't like business dealing like that & will be very cautious about any future deals you offer. I have been a faithful customer, using Jason Winters tea daily for 15 years or more. I have never liked the taste, I only use it for the promised health benefits, whether true or not. However, because of your dishonesty, this would be a good time to quit buying your tea.

The tea is delicious. I've drinking it for a couple years and love it. Package arrived very quickly after ordering thru the mail.

I order special offer of three boxes of teabag for price of two.
I got only two.
I called many times about it and I was told you will ship one box to make it good. It had been week still I have not get it.

I received my product in a timely manner in spite of a major snowstorm.

Order went through and I was notified when it started it's journey. Due to out of USA shipping it took 26 days but all ended well. Arrived in good shape.

I have been drinking Sir Jason's original tea daily for many years now. I truly believe I feel better when I drink it daily. I once stopped for a period of time and wasn't feeling well/myself. Started drinking the tea again and again felt better with more energy. Thank you !

I am a long time customer of Jason Winters Original Tea - drank it for years when I could buy it in health food stores. Then they stopped selling it so I had to go on line. I have referred many people too it, especially if they have cancer. Because of my extensive use of this tea I do have to say that the quality in the tea bag has dropped. Some tea bags do not even yield one cup of tea. My conclusion is that they must use fillers. To which I am very disappointed. I hope this review has them reconsider their quality control because it is noticeable. That is why it has been so long between orders - it is good enough to still buy it but not entirely happy with their cost cutting ideas.

Until today, I think that you’re a great company. But I just got my order cancelled when I’m almost out the Sage tea bags. And I have no idea when the items are going to be back in stock. Otherwise you would have had a better rating.

It’s too soon to see any results but the tea tastes great. Love the fast brewing aspect and I have made sun tea, too

This is my second time ordering from sirjasonwinters.com Both times, the orders were promptly filled and delivered. I ordered the Classic Tea Blend with Chaparral in both teabag and loose leaf. I enjoy the flavor and the benefits. The teas seem very fresh to me. Keep up the great work!

It's a little difficult to find some information on your site, i.e., Like the difference between sage and chapparal, and which one to buy. Overall the site was okay.

I've used your products for many years now and have never had a complaint. The recent shipment came much faster than I anticipated.
