I have been ordering the Jason Winters original tea and flavored tea for over 20 years. I've seen the benefits for myself and my family. We will continue to drink the tea every day. Always great customer service.

Frustrating and very disappointing company
This is to share our experience to all that this Sir Jason Winters Tea Company is very very poor in service. We ordered Tea items worth 503 plus a priority mail cost of $53.97 it was dated 4/18/24 and did not received it till now. We tried to follow up on the said items but all the staffs that we speak with are all not helpful and don’t know what they’re doing. They left us hanging not knowing what happened to the products that we have ordered. Frustrating and disappointing!!!!!!!!!

We notated the shipping delays on the website during the checkout process, so as to forewarn people of the shipping delay before they places their order.
