Just sent me a spam brochure through the post. Never signed up, their website is down so can't unsubscribe. Clearly bought my details from someone else. Will never purchase anything from them whether they're products are good or not.

Great jacket

Great jacket that I got from here - was looking for a more relaxed fit but it's surprisingly hard to find a nice one in a mid-price. These guys had it, and the shop assistant in Marylebone was great too.

Return is a hassle

Return is a hassle. I contacted them but I have not heard back. It has been more than 10 days. Poor customer service. I would not buy or recommend to use this vendor!

Dreadful return service. Avoid!

Dreadful return service. My brother bought a jumper online. It was too small and he hadn’t gotten round to return it so I took it to return for him. You have to follow their returns portal which doesn’t work. No one available on chat so have to send email. I received an unintelligible email back so tried again. This time got someone on chat. They could not arrange an exchange so opted for a refund. Received a bar code to take to post office. Got to post office, bar code gone from chat. Had to go home and message them again. No one on chat so am now awaiting another unintelligible email. For such expensive and good quality items to provide this ridiculous lack of service is greedy and shameful. Will definitely be recommending to my brother not to buy again.

Excellent as always

I've bought a number of items over the years and I'm never disappointed. This time it was a waiste coat for a wedding and it's excellent. Claudio who helped me was really friendly and helpful. Their clothing is top tier and I highly recommend them. Thanks again Sirplus.

I regret to say that my experience…

I regret to say that my experience working at Sirplus has been incredibly disappointing. The company's lack of professionalism and constant micromanagement made it an unpleasant place to work.

Firstly, the working hours were aligned with the trading hours, which meant long and exhausting shifts. The company failed to consider the well-being of its employees, expecting them to work tirelessly without sufficient breaks or adequate rest.

Additionally, the micromanagement within the company was suffocating. There was little trust placed in the abilities of the sales associates, as every aspect of our work was closely scrutinized and controlled. This not only hindered our productivity but also created an atmosphere of constant stress and anxiety.

Moreover, as a sales associate with freelance status, I was deprived of essential benefits such as sick leave and paid holidays. It was unfair to expect me to take on managerial responsibilities without providing the necessary compensation or recognition. This disregard for the well-being and fair treatment of employees was deeply disappointing.

I strongly advise potential job seekers to carefully consider their options before joining Sirplus. The unprofessional environment, excessive micromanagement, and the absence of basic benefits make it a challenging place to thrive in as an employee.

Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and others may have had different encounters at Sirplus. However, I believe it is important to provide an honest account of my time there to help others make informed decisions.

Great products, god awful service.

Third order, i love the products, very well made, high quality fabric, but the customer service doesn’t exist…

“Free next day delivery” stated on the website, ordered on Tuesday, on Thursday item is despatched, Friday morning “your delivery is delayed”, no attempt what so ever to deliver, next message is: 7 days to collect from somewhere that’s an hour drive away from me. By far the worst delivery delivery experience!

In the post i have tried contact Sirplus through their online form, and never have i had a response. As much as i love the products, i just can’t be dealing this level of poor customer service. I don’t see myself ordering again…
