Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when handling a return and exchange. I bought a suit for my son’s First Holy Communion, but there was a small pen mark on the jacket. It likely would have come out in the wash, but I contacted customer service anyway. They responded almost instantly and offered either a 15% discount or an exchange.

Even though we were communicating via email, it felt like a live chat everyone was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. It made the whole experience really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again, especially since they have such beautiful children’s clothes.
