Raphael Literally Lost His Company A Small Fortune

I sent an inquiry to this company requesting a quote. I then received an email back from a Raphael who is the supposed Customer Project Manager, with a Subject Line saying “sorry we can’t help you with your request”.

Nothing in the body of the email explaining why which would have been appropriate considering you just shut down our hopes and dreams. Instead, he only sent a flat out rejection to even do business with us.

I assume this is because we only asked for 10 pieces of the product. What Raphael failed to do is have an actual discussion with me to determine WHY we needed 10 pieces. Had he done so, he would’ve discovered that these are for our investors and that if they approve, our next order would’ve been 100,000 pieces.

Therefore Raphael just single handedly lost what likely equates to hundreds of thousands of dollars of revenues for his company. On that note, I then gave Raphael a second chance by asking him for an explanation before posting a negative review.

His response was "were a commercial printer thats not out type of work feel free to leave tour review". Aside from being shocking and quite arrogant, there are some pretty serious grammatical mistakes that frankly, someone in his supposed position shouldn’t be making. But Raphael did arrogantly tell me to “feel free to leave my review” so I guess I’m doing him a favor.

If by commercial printing company" Raphael meant that they don't in fact print custom packaging then he should've said so, and Sir Speedy should stop advertising that it does. There is an entire page ontheir website dedicated to labels and packaging with a video that specifically mentions custom packages. This is in addition to their ad results on Google mentioning it as well. I'd post the link to their web page here but Trustpilot doesn't allow links in reviews. Fortunately anyone can easily look it up on their website.

Bottom line is this correspondence from Raphael was very unprofessional and almost unreadable because he is either clearly illiterate or simply doesn't care enough to represent his company in a professional manner.

We'll go ahead and take out half million $$$ budget for this to someone else.
