Purchased a hover board for our son, but seems to be a fault as not working correctly.
Return period had lapsed so could not return it for a refund.
Emailed support team various times over 3 months asking for advice and help but have still not received any response. Customer service is non existent and product is not fit for purpose.
I bought a hoverboard from this company. The battery lasted about a minute at a time despite charging for 3-4 hours. I tried to get resolution from this company but the customer service care is dreadful, there’s a chat box that gives standard answers, often to questions you didn’t ask. The email address is false and there is no phone number.
So no way to ask questions or to clarify the instructions that are vague and unhelpful.
So, we are stuck with a toy that we can’t take to the park etc because we can never tell when it will die and when it will work.
Terrible product and terrible company despite great reviews all over the place, do yourself a favour and avoid!
