What a big weight lifted speaking to these guys. They were really helpful from the outset and made sure that I understood about all the solutions open to me. Once I decided how I wanted to proceed it could not have been easier and it was dealt with very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I would just like to start by thanking this company for all there help lately.

I called this company quite nervous, scarred and also did not know what I was going to do. I spoke to a young lady called Sian, what can I say she has saved me and turned my life complete around THANK YOU.

There was nothing to much for her, she was always available even at weekends for me to call her up. She constantly gave me updates on my IVA, but the main thing is she made me feel relaxed and also made me feel that she actually cared about helping me out. I’ve spoken to companies in the past who basically just made me feel like another “sale” however this company are the complete opposite to that.

I was NEVER once pressured, Hounded or constantly hassled again what some of these other companies do to you. We spoke for some time and at the end of the call I decided the IVA was my best way forward, Now I can sleep, eat, relax think straight and even my relationship is back on the straight and narrow. I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel

If you are struggling please give these guys a little bit of your time you will not be disappointed believe me !!!

Sian has been a great help, she understands how difficult it is for people to make a call for help. She is very reassuring in getting you the help that you need to suit your financial difficulties. Thank you so much Sian for helping lift that heavy weight from my shoulders.

I once gave a good review but following on from that I would like to mention what I was asked to to do, I cancelled my iva proposal due to the fact that Sian Pearce asked me to lie to the Iva people and withheld information from them!!.

Sian told me to be the yes lady to the Iva consultants and so I did but when I heard that Sian had altered all my expenses and lied to them about my outgoings e.g lowering my car insurance from £100.13 to £43 and adding on things like pet food (when I don’t have a pet) I was slightly confused!, she also asked me not to tell them about my debt with DWP as this would prevent me from getting the Iva as this could not be added on!!.

When I was on the phone to the Iva people I was quite shocked at the amount she had lied! And realised that being on the phone to Sian for two hours telling her my incomings-outgoings etc was a waste of my time as she altered everything!!.

The Iva specialists told me that TO LIE OR PURPOSEFULLY WITHHELD INFORMATION FROM THEM IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE!!!

I have texts to prove that Sian told me to lie as I have kept all the messages between us since the day we got in contact and I have also made the Iva people fully aware.

She will tell you to do whatever it takes to be accepted for the Iva just so she can get her commission of £1900

Sian was absolutely amazing! From day one she has worked so hard to get me on the right path to sorting my debt out. I honestly cannot thank her enough!!, a few weeks back I was feeling quite low almost rock bottom but Sian has made me feel like me again and has taken sooo much pressure off my mind it’s unreal! She’s lovely, outstandingly helpful and nothing is any trouble! I don’t think this review will ever come close to how thankful I am to of been put in touch with Sian!! Thanks again!!!!

I sought out some debt advice just yesterday and within the day it felt like a weight was lifted. Steve gave me all of the options and clearly explained the pros and cons of each of them, but most importantly encouraged me to talk to my partner to help with my decision. Although I was afraid to do this because money is such a taboo subject for me, I chatted with my partner and he was very supportive. Thanks to Steve within a day my money worries have been eased after months of worrying. It was also great to have an expert explaining all of the options for debt to me, so I feel like I can make better decisions now and I'm much more aware of the consequences. Thank you.

Well where to start.. made an online enquiry and in minutes had a phone call from Sian wanting to help and get me straightened out. She instantly lifted the depressive cloud we all feel when in a difficult situation surrounding money trouble, which was a first for me being that I have had bad advice in the past from another advice agency. We went through everything with a fine tooth pick, and clearly laid out my options in detail so I knew where I stood. Even contacted me on her birthday to make sure everything was fine during the handover procedure getting the IVA setup. This lady truly shows up customer service everywhere else by doing what we really need in the sense of support and getting the job done, as opposed 99% of time what we expect to get which is to be past about.
