Quality is super low

Quality is super low, I have purchased the suzani embroidery jacket and let me tell you, I am glad that the adult one was sold out and I only got the mini version bc at the price point of 299€ i expect no loose threads and better overal quality.

I ordered the wrong blouse for my…

I ordered the wrong blouse for my daughter. They were so helpful in getting the correct dress and blouse, and also canceling the original incorrect order. Besides having lovely clothes they are lovely people to work with.

Wonderful experience with this company

Wonderful experience with this company. I knew the quality of these jackets and coats as I had bought them from a local shop before. However, I ordered online during the sale and somehow, I messed up the checkout process. Not to worry - Amalie had it sorted immediately, without any delay to my delivery. It arrived, beautifully wrapped, and with a chocolate inside. I had it sent to my parents’ home and when I opened it there, my Dad commented on what a beautiful coat it was - rare for him to even notice. It’s the rose coat - sand wave - and I can’t wait to wear it. I just need the weather to cool down a little. It’s a show stopper which can be worn with jeans and a simple tee, or go bolder with more colour. There are some other jackets coming soon which I also have my eye on.

I took a chance and bought a cute top…

I took a chance and bought a cute top which is a repurposed sari. I am in Australia so wasnt really sure what to expect. Well, it came super fast, the top is divine and the packaging so pretty. I'm so impressed, I might actually buy another one.

Very nice company and very helpful…

Very nice company and very helpful customer service. Beautiful products that are even more gorgeous in reality than on their pictures as the back of the coat and vest were a pleasant surprise, soooo beautiful… love it and will wear it my whole life…. Great customer service experience

Absolutely great experience with customer service! I ordered two pieces of clothing but I forgot to apply the code for the first purchase discount. I wrote to customer service and few minutes after, they replied saying that they had refunded the amount corresponding to the discount I should have appplied. With other brands, I have had awful experiences where they reply saying that if you forget to apply the discount is your problem…
So, I give 5/5 to customer service. I wish I could give more since, apart from the above, the items I ordered are stunning! They fit perfectly and the colors are even more beautiful than in the pictures on the website (with other brands, it’s actually the other way around…)
I am super happy with my purchase!

I would not advise buying from this…

I would not advise buying from this brand. I have been trying to return something by post for months and it keeps being returned to me. They won't accept it in person and then keep telling me they did not receive it. honestly smells like fraud to me. don't risk it

You have to pay EU 25,- shipping for nothing

Don’t order from the direct website. They will charge you EU 25,- if you return your clothes. So you pay just to fit something.
This is such a horrible thing to charge to your customers.
They say it’s your problem because it’s (in small letters) mentioned on the website. And it’s the shipping company. I’ve never heard of something ridiculous like this.

Beware if you order from the UK

Beware if you order from the UK. Import taxes etc came to £87! This is in the VERY small print on their website. It was not highlighted at checkout which is poor practice in my opinion. There is no indication how much you will pay even if you find the information in the small print. The coat is nice but not worth the money with the additional charges. Also, if you wish to return the item they will charge you nearly 30 Euros. Avoid.

Stunning clothing!

I just received my order of 2 jackets which are absolutely STUNNING - the two most beautiful pieces of clothing I own for sure! I’m so pleased with them.

The only downside is that I ordered from the UK, and because of my country's stupid decision to leave the EU the customs fees were over £100 for this order as they were charged per item (x2) 😭 not at all the fault of this company I appreciate you don’t have any input in that! The only reason i mention it is because it ties in with your UK minimum order amount of €210 - because if I had been able to make a purchase for less than £135 the fees wouldn’t have applied. So if ordering less than €210/up to £135 worth of clothing were to become an option in the future, I would be extremely happy to purchase again - but appreciate there may be a legal/etc reason you have a minimum order.

Even though it was entirely my fault that I forgot customs fees apply, a reminder at the point of checkout would have been super helpful as I missed this in your FAQs (again, my fault!)

Perfect!!

I bought a dress at their online store and the day I wanted to wear it, I noticed it had a small hole in it. I emailed their customer service immediately & they resolved the issue immediately. After reading everywhere that their customer service is not good I have to say, for me, they were EXTREMELY understanding & very customer oriented! I'm a very happy customer!!
