When I stumbled across Sistaco in August of 2025 never did I dream that I was walking into a whole new family. The company itself is so very personal and quick to help & communicate. From making a post on their Collective page with a question and within a few hours receiving an email with an answer or asking more questions to give you the best possible advice. The Collective is a sea of women that are truly so kind and supportive it is almost like you have a whole new group of friends. They become “Sistas”. Their product is great. Every thing they sell is of top quality. I’m so glad a found this company for my nail products.

Well I love sistaco as a company and their products are beautiful everything from the colours,the sustainable nails,and everything else.The customer care team are fantastic will help you so much and last of all their soap is beautiful thank you

Wish I could give negative stars. This product RUINED my nails. They were "ok" before one month of use, and after that I was left with thin, brittle, sort, peeling, breaking HORRIBLE nails. Massive damage which I am now trying to repair. Their own remover didn't remove the product when used as per directions. Had to scrape and scrape to remove, causing massive damage. On top of that, the product doesn't even work well. AVOID.

I recently reached my one year anniversary of using Sistaco. I can say from the product, the company, customer service and the collaborative community this experience has been amazing. The company listens to it’s customers. From ideas, to giveaways and now online classes to walk through the best use of the product . Would highly recommend the product and the community.

Easy to use as a first timer. Instructions are easy to understand. Shall be using this product as long as I can. Very happy with it.

I bought this’s during the Sistaco vault sales. It wasn’t a color I usually buy or wear but at the price offered I thought why not, and I wasn’t disappointed. What a beautiful color. So glad I took the plunge and bought the kit last October. I love being part of this group and look forward to all the surprises they offer throughout the year. And their Facebook pages are amazing. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive just like all the staff at Sistaco.

Did not have a chance to even try their products because they delete all legitimate questions about transparency. I posted a comment on their Facebook post simply asking them if they delete negative feedback. I would have been more likely to try them if they would have just been honest. Instead they immediately hid my comment. If you think that this is a sustainable way to run your business and gain people's trust, then you are sadly mistaken. I will never purchase your products and hope you change the way you run your social media. Having thousands of happy customers in a facebook group doesn't mean jack if you delete anything negative. 🤡

I work in a profession that is extremely wearing on my hands. I found this company and product and it sounded like it was exactly what I was looking for. My expectations were exceeded by both the product and by the customer service. The mineral powder is different from the usual liquid polish but it didn’t take long for me to get the hang of it. The product holds up really well, which is important to me. I found it especially helpful when I inquired about another topic which the staff quickly responded to, also asked for feedback on the product and offered tips for application which helped tremendously. I’ve since ordered several more colors to add to my collection and will continue to use this product and company.

I have been with Sistaco since 2020. Everybody at Sistaco is so helpful and any minor problems I have had have been attended to promptly - to the point of free replacement of a LED lamp which had a problem, to free samples of a product when I couldn't work out how to use it to its best advantage. Sistaco management and staff here in Australia have been wonderful and nothing has been a problem for them to help me solve. I love Sistaco - their powders and products are second-to-none!!

Sistaco is an amazing company. I love supporting a small Australian business that has been so successful worldwide! The products speak for themselves - high quality, amazing products which I will continue to purchase again and again.

The system is fast and easy to use. The instructions are clear, and if you follow them, the manicure lasts and lasts (even through yard work and dishes). My college age daughter likes it too, and we plan to get a system for her as well. I’ve been telling my friends…

I like there product. I've had good experiences with customer service. I get to spend time w my granddaughter we do nails together. The products are beautiful. Super easy learning curve. I'm loving the product.

Sistaco has changed my life by helping me improve my confidence. My natural nails are so weak and brittle that normal nail polish would last a day before it started coming off and acrylic nails made my nails lift off their beds. So I tried Sistaco.... now I wear colour on my nails ALL THE TIME. There are so many amazing colours and the company itself goes out of it's way to support us as customers. I have now been using the product for 6 months+, I am not artistic or creative but my nails look amazing every day and I love them so much I change my colour every week. Then when I want nice long nails I use Sistaco Sustainables and I haven't even tried the pattern press yet.

Beautiful range of colours to choose from. A wonderful product. Very easy to pick and choose. Everything was wrapped up so no breakages. Definitely will be buying more.

I'll be honest my first mani looked like a 5 year old painted my nails! However I had never used UV cured anything beforehand. It took a couple of video tutorials and manis for me to figure it out but I have lovely nails now that I love seeing when I am in zoom meetings or at the gym. The colors are very vivid, even the muted colors stand out. My kit paid for itself in 3 months so everything now is gravy. Except that I want to keep buying more colors!

Beautiful product very easy to apply, the lavender smells luxurious and most importantly it works. I have it with me most of the time because of the ease of application.

Not like anything you read. Uneven coverage, just like doing gels but also using powders. Colours look nothing like website or emails. I get bombarded by emails. The removal technique is like Gel polish but worse, even if you file your nails first, the foil wraps and scraper tool are awful..... as is the"quick remover" pen, which does nothing to help. My nails hurt, they have chips and breaks mid nail - my nails have NEVER EVER been in such a poor condition. My nails feel weak and thin after all the "gentle" scrapping required to get the impossible varnish off. My nails never hurt using gels... they will need yime to recover & heal for sure. So disappointed and not worth the £150 and 4 hours to use.
