My appointment at sisu in Hampstead was a absolute delight.Lovley receptionist Mariane. Dr Salina was outstanding she had a lovely personality that made me feel comfortable. She explained step by step and answered all my questions, i was in love with my results, completely recommend to anyone. Overall amazing.

Can’t really comment on the experience, they refused to give me treatment as I chose wrinkle injections in one area and they decided that I rather do in in two areas or none at all…🤷‍♀️

I had baby Botox injections several times before on the same area in other clinics and although the doctors there also recommended 2 areas, I was never refused before and was very happy with the results….😳.
As an older lady, I know what suits me better and what I’m comfortable with….I appreciate advise but not to the point of ‘do this or else’ not everyone is a fan of the ‘frozen look’

Also with all the emails backwards and forwards and all the forms needing to be filled beforehand, I would have appreciated this being said before I wasted my whole morning and paid an outrageous money for parking in Hampstead.

I didn’t actually have this treatment here but also won’t be back for any others as I didn’t like the way it was handled.

Dr Maude explained everything and is very good.

I’ve had Botox, polynucleotide and lip filler with Dr Nila. She’s professional and kind at the same time. I very much recommend going to see her.

At the time of the top-up, I clearly expressed that I was satisfied with the initial results and did not feel additional product was necessary. Despite this, further injections were administered, including in areas that I believe were unnecessary, resulting in an assymetirc and extremely undesirable brow drop (I had asked for brow lift)

Since then, I’ve attended two review appointments and told to “let it wear off.” Without any offer of a correction once it has. Awaiting a response from the complaints team (again)

Dr Talya is a caring and well informed practitioner who only has your interest at heart. I felt safe with her and happy to accept the suggestions she made without overpowering my needs. I highly recommend her.

I was treated with Botox by Dr Selina. She was very knowledgable and informative and lovely. I had the space to ask any other questions and get honest advice without being pressured into making a decision.
The clinic was lovely and all the staff were lovely. I would definitely recommend this little gem in Hampstead for fairly priced aesthetic treatments.

I had my first appointment at the clinic today and was genuinely impressed from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Manisha and Alina at the front desk. Both were so friendly and made me feel instantly at ease.

Dr. Talya was absolutely amazing – she took the time to listen to me, gave thoughtful advice, and explained everything she was doing every step of the way. She was so genuine, caring, and approachable, which made the whole experience really comfortable.

I’m truly looking forward to seeing my results and coming back for future appointments. Highly recommend!
