Works perfectly on my existing desk to give me the stand option

I am very happy with the service received in terms of ordering, communication and installation. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because all the emails stressed the importance of being in for installation, and how we would get a call/email 30 mins before - but we had no warning due to the driver having a broken phone. It didn't affect the installation, or the quality of the product, but it did mean they didn't do as they had promised.

I was suffering from back pain and tension during pandemic from constant zoom meetings. The sit-stand simply revolutionised my work life, and I believe ( but can't prove) assisted my physical and mental health.

My Yoyo Pro 2 desk arrived and was assembled by the deliverer with no hassle. Its a solid well-built desk with a sturdy frame and cable management options are much appreciated. The desk supports preset heights which are great for memorising the exact standing height. As standing desks go this one is good value for money IMO.

Sit Stand despatched my floor mat on the same day as the order was placed and delivery was attempted the next day. The service was very swift and couldn't be faulted. The courier service was more problematic as they tried to deliver when we were out and then didn't try again. Instead the mat was taken to a local pick up point which was a few miles away. When I tried to collect from the pick up point the machine was out of order and so although I could see my mat they wouldn't let me take it away as they couldn't scan it! Anyway a call to Sit Stand sorted this out and a new mat was dispatched and delivered successfully by a different courier.

I really love my desk, I also really appreciated the super quick resolution to an issue that was about to occur, but didn't due to the service provided. Great set-up service also. Highly recommended.

When I decided to take the plunge and buy a standing desk there was nowhere else to look other than Sit-Stand.com. I already had a Yo Yo desk riser 90 which was fantastic but the additional benefits the electronically operated Yo Yo standing desk have brought are significant and well worth the investment.
From the moment you go on their website, deal with the chat line or speak to a call handler, your confidence in the product and service is there.
My enquiry became an order and the terms and conditions were explained. Being located in Cardiff, I had to wait several weeks for delivery and installation but 15 days has been worth the wait. I am NOT disappointed.
The installation engineer Craig arrived on time, was polite and quickly had the desk assembled and demonstrated.
I was not inconvenienced at all; he even took all the packaging away.
Thank you to Richard, Scott, Kelly and Craig for all you guidance, support and getting me exactly what I needed.

Excellent, excellent product. Customer service disjointed and very unprofessional.

The within 12 days claim is impossible for them to deliver as the left-hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Saying that, after I complained a second time about the way I had been badly treated, they did finally do their best to make things right.

Lastly, something that rankled a little, the office told me that my old desk would go to charity and that "the boss is really keen on this." I then saw a perfectly good desk being smashed up by the installer before being removed. He told me that they NEVER do this as it would be too costly.

Delivered and installed when stated. Installation quick and efficient.

I ordered this product and it came within the time scale provided, Easy to assemble and overall good product

5* to the installation person, very prompt, and on time, knew what they were doing.

3* for company procedures. After ordering, there was a lack of updates regarding the installation. I completed the installation questionnaire, and then nothing for 2-3 weeks. I had to call to check in and find out what was happening and specify a date. This was poor.

Overall, great product and install, but work on the comms please...

Excellent service when I purchased my Sit-Stand Pro 2 Desk. Helpful guidance when selecting the most appropriate product for my needs, prompt delivery and a high level of customer service from the installation team, who showed me how it was put-together and quick hacks on operation and any future modifications that I was considering (ie, how to install a CPU holder).

I purchased a new desk. Very customisable product that is sturdy and comes with everything you need to fix some of the health issues that come with being locked to a desk all day, even a free standing mat which i have to say is very comfortable under foot. Engineer fitting the product together in around 30 mins. Great service. Thanks!

Swift delivery, excellent desk riser. Heavy but needs to be so that it is robust. The mechanism works well. The service lost a star because their returns policy is not well advertised - only 2 working days to let them know of a fault and any later you can't return it. Normally it would be 2 weeks or a month. Suspect this is in breach of our consumer rights in the UK.

Great product, great service.

Bought this desk as working predominantly from home now. Assembly straightforward, all items present and well packaged. The cabling lengths are quite long but there are plenty of cable supports. Desk top is nice with a 3mm radius round edge all round, no snags or misalignment and very robust. Have to admit it is worth paying the premium price over other products. As for the wobble when fully extended is not noticeable and is very sturdy. Only option I would have liked to see was rounded corners on the desk top, say 5cm radius. 5 Stars well deserved.

Standing for Online Training

With lock down I was doing most training online and sitting for most of the day. We looked into standing desks and settled on a design that would work. I ordered the desk and it arrived within two days (way before I was ready :) The assembly was straight forward and has changed the way I work. I am really happy with the purchase.
