Not trustworthy
I tried set up a website but it was impossible task with no help from their team. Furthermore they charged me again fee this year although my account wasn't set up for renewal. I then got patronising email implying I should be very grateful for their grace as they would refund 30% from money they took without permission!!! Avoid them!!!
UPDATE:
please see reply to my complaint! It continues to be patronising and IT TOOK THEM ONLY A YEAR TO REPLY!!!

I order web hosting package and domain name along with it.. i have some technical issues regarding putting in effect domain name, and it was fixed by 123site after 2 days of correspondence and chat with support team
