Add your addresses from Site, Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail and other providers, and read all your mail in one calm inbox. SiteBirdy sorts your mail for you. Messages from real people come first, while newsletters, notifications and receipts are folded out of the way. New senders wait until you let them in, and mail from look-alike addresses and fake companies is flagged. Links are checked before they open, remote images stay hidden until you allow them, and two-step verification keeps your account safe. It is built to save you time: undo most actions, undo send, snooze, send later, reply templates, rules and search across all your mail. Your Today board brings together priority mail, your calendar, to-dos, notes, weather and exchange rates. SiteBirdy also works for teams, with shared mailboxes, team calendars and address books, roles and an activity log. Choose from four themes, light or dark mode, and 24 European languages. Use it in your browser or as an app for Mac and Windows, and connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT if you want to. Your mail stays on your own mail server.
