We recently completed on a portfolio purchase through Sitefindr, 22 PLOs, 1 and 2 bed properties in the South East.. and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently.
It was a genuinely strong deal that looks likely to have £600k+ upside, eventually, over 6 years.
As with any transaction, there were a lot of challenges along the way, as you would expect with 22 properties, but the team handled everything brilliantly. They stayed proactive, communicated clearly, and pushed things through when needed, which made a huge difference, and their help went well past the actual completion date and included help with the handover.
If you’re an investor looking for reliable, well-packaged deals and a team that actually delivers on what they say, I’d highly recommend Sitefindr. We will definitely be working with them again.

I joined Sitefindr in December 2025, and by March 2026 I had sourced, packaged, and together with the team, successfully sold my first deal.

From the very beginning, the process was straightforward and well-supported. After finding a deal, I took it to the Deal Clinic, where Hav carefully reviewed my process and made sure everything stacked up. Once he was confident it was a solid opportunity, he gave me the green light to submit it.

There were a few bumps along the way (none related to Sitefindr), but through clear communication between myself and Hav, we were able to work through them smoothly.

I can’t recommend Sitefindr enough. Not only do they help you sell deals, but the community they’re building is incredible. The guidance and resources for new deal sourcers, especially around finding and packaging deals, are second to none. The team is constantly looking for ways to improve, and it’s genuinely a pleasure to be part of it.

SiteFindr have professionalised the role of the property deal sourcer, by ensuring that the deal sourcers they work with are a) fully compliant with the requirements of the estate agency act 1979, and b) have all the knowledge and expertise required, including c) best practice guidelines, scripts, process steps for each and every stage of the property dral sourcers role, including establishing mutually productive relationships with estate agents and vendors. Having completed the comprehensive training modules, supported by the Deal Sourcers Handbook - all excellently produced and delivered by Hav and his team -I feel very confident that i am now very well equipped to, professionally and ethically, carry out the role of helping investors find good investments, and helping owners sell their difficult-to-sell properties.
