Nothing but problems
Nothing but problems, especially with the email server. Prices gone up, can't even swop my email and domain without loads of issues, now I have decided to leave. Online support is variable depending on who you chat to, some are great, some just fob you off.

Accidentally turned of my websites and now won't fix their mistake (3 days and counting)
I had been with the same website hosting service for 3 or 4 years which was then bought out buy Sitelio. After Sitelio took over hosting my domain and website, they started sending me very generic invoices and "site about to expire" notices. By this time I had developed a few other websites but most of the websites were set to auto-renew so the notices naturally shocke me everytime as they just kept on coming 4 or 5 each year. It became evident that the company (Sitelio) was not very organized. Every time I replied to these notices, they would reply just ignore them.
Until recently, I noticed additions to my bills for ecommerce on my websites that I had never added. I've never sold items or allowed purchases from websites (except for one). When I was shown what services, I currently was being billed for, I naturally found the few items I had never asked for, so I asked for them to be removed.
What happened next was absolutely shocking. They completely turned off all of my websites and sent me a "thanks for your business" email. I checked both of the websites I run my business from and yep, both were shut down. I naturally panicked as I need these sites to operate daily business.
So after talking to a new person every 12 hours telling each person that I never authorized 2 of my websites to be cancelled, they say they have "escalated" my ticket number. It's now been 3 days and I'm losing money like crazy. I can't get any update, and nothing appears to be happening.
So, I started building a new website on Wix.com and needed to attach my domain name to the new website. Sitelio again said that they cannot release my domain names because they had expired. I showed them I was looking right at the page where it said I had recently renewed both of the domain names for the year. It's now been 2 days and they haven't even started the process of releasing my domain names to Wix.
I honestly have never had such horrible service from any company and had to share it. Whether anyone reads this or it just reduces their overall poor rating as a company, I guess it helps. Sitelio has destroyed all my trust that they are competent. They continue to hold my domain names hostage from me and continue to keep my websites down so I'm losing clients left and right. I had hundereds of dollars in advertising pointed to these websites but they still can't seem to find the "ON" switch to turn on my websites that got shutdown by mistake. The last guy admitted that the sites were taken down by mistake. One of them was actually never even referred to in any of the recent conversations but they turned that one off as well.
I'll update this review once my sites are back up and they've released my domain names to Wix so I can finally free myself from this disorganization. To date, I estimate over $3,000 in lost revenue while they take their sweet time figuring out how to turn my websites back on.
All I'm asking for is the service that I'm paid for. As it turns out, Wix is a much better platform and offers a TON of services our websites could take advantage of for only a few buck more. I look forward to working with a much more established and organized company that stands behind me with 24/7 support.
6 years and a rip off COVID renewal price hike - BYE!!
I’ve been with this company since 2015 and renewal fees have gone up, and up and up, for the same basic product each year (a 5 page website/single domain I built and one email account) - £315! I don’t think so! Luckily my customer base is repeat business and via recommendations, so I got a very similar domain from GoDaddy for a £69 introductory price with a slight increased regular fee for next year for the same package and a lot more for my money, plus it’s much easier to use, and it’s secure, whereas my old domain was not. A very bad way to lose your customers! Greedy rip off chancers, thinking you’ll suck it up because you need your existing non-transferable domain. Well NOT WITH ME YOU WON’T! 😡
