Avoid this business and do NOT enter into a contract or buy services from them
Avoid! Do not enter into a contract or buy services from this company as they will breach the contract or raise prices without warning. We say this from experience having been a client with them for 10 years. To begin with they offered a good service as web host and website designer. However recently their business model has been to offload their existing clients by raising prices and not honouring existing contracts. We were in a 24 month contract with them that they breached and then hiked their prices significantly. We also commissioned (and paid up front) design work with them for our website that they did not complete and then refused to reimburse for poor and unsatisfactory work. Now they have reinvented themselves as a 'creative agency'. However avoid them at all cost as they are just out to make money offering poor client service and from my experience their marketing credentials or non existent. I've worked in marketing for 20 years and I know that they have zero strategic marketing skills, creative ability or channel marketing knowledge (check out their own Twitter, Facebook and Instagram channels for an insight into their marketing know how) always a good indicator of a 'creative agencies' creative prowess! If you want a second rate expensive agency that is not honest or fair, then hire them. Otherwise do NOT risk your marketing budget or reputation with this agency. You have been warned.
