I was referred to sitetide by a friend of mine as my previous experience with hostgator has been bad. its been a week and i can already see this host being my home for the foreseeable future im on the secret total wipeout plan if that helps anyone else

An all round good host, only thing I dislike is there billing panel but have been told they will be launching a new site soon so maybe I'll be putting this up to 5* soon.

Had two issues solved in 10 minutes by their customer service team on live chat - very few hosting companies have that level of customer service. Would give 5 star if they had a number to call for support.

It took me a few days to move over to sitetide as I have quite a large amount of sites that I manage. You get friendly help from people that actually understand what they're saying. Amazing support, and just an all around great company. Never failed to work with my requirements, even if that meant changing stuff around in my panel. The price is unbeatable!
