Severe sizing errors, chemical odor, and unverified business location
I ordered a dress, cardigan, shoes, and tights expecting independent brand quality. Instead, the items arrived smelling heavily of chemicals and manufactured from cheap materials.
The sizing is completely inaccurate—the dress measures a full 10cm smaller than advertised. After my private inquiries were ignored, I commented on social media to get assistance, but the shop immediately blocked me. Furthermore, I called the management office at the listed business address, and they explicitly confirmed that no such office or owner exists on-site. Currently forced to resolve this through a formal payment dispute due to a total lack of customer service.
