Ive purchased several times before and it has been 5 stars. SVD is still 5 stars but since switching to FedEx delivery is 0 star. SVD ships lightning fast as always but for me there are huge complications with Fedex, so I tend to stay away from retailers who use them. Sadly FedEx is only option nowadays with SVD for me. As expected this delivery turned out another nightmare. Spent 2 days sitting home waiting for a delivery that never shows.
I regret giving a one star as this is only FedEx fault, but SVD chose them and the shopping experience is 1 star.
Absolutely amazing first experience with SVD! Ordered Wednesday and delivered to me in the UK on Monday from their Barcelona store. Really well packaged and top product! Will be using them again!!
This was a very disappointing experience. In the description of the shoes I purchased, it stated the sizing was US women's. Upon receiving them, the sizing was clearly not women's. They did not fit. Return shipping is my responsibility. I started the effort to return the shoes, only to learn shipping charges were over $200! I'm not going to spend more than my purchase, to just send it back. Now I am left with shoes hay don't fit. Sadly, I will never purchase from this site again.

Ordered the korn x adidas socks after I was unsuccessful on the UK confirmed app. SVD had it shipped and with me within 5 days, which was earlier than the edd. Amazing service.
Going to have to score this site poorly as shopping from the UK its a complete ball ache. Both pairs of shoes are too small...thats life...but to return it via EVRI it was almost £30....the emails from EVRI I received were in Spanish...and I did not realise till it was too late that the emails were demanding another 30 euros in tax and 5 euros handling fee! Tax of WHAT? I am returning them and will end up with nothing ....so I'm being taxed 30 euros for nothing?!! Wish I had not taken a chance with this site...should have bought from the UK.

The leather is lumpy all over the shoe. The shoes have a nonexistent toe box. Even the box they came in is falling apart. I highly question the authenticity of these shoes. After tax and shipping the total cost was $270 for the shoes. New Balance Made in England or Made in USA boxes do not fall apart. SVD have refused to accept my return. This is the worst retail experience that I have had online. This is when I wish there was a brick and mortar store that I could walk into and ask to speak with the manager. The shoes are worthless. I am unable to wear them. I called New Balance who explained that since they are a company out of Spain they would be unable to help me. New Balance was surprisingly unhelpful as well.

On this occasion, after having carried out this initial evaluation, we will not be able to manage the collection of your order. Therefore, from SVD, we cannot be held responsible for the defects reported.”
I would sell questionable items too if they had to be shipped to Dubai in order to return them.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. After buying On Running shoes, I contacted customer service with a defect on the sole, and they advised that it was not a factory defect. I contacted On Running, and they promptly assumed the issue, urging me to contact the store so they could replace the item as per their store policy. The team review the videos and concluded that loud squeaky shoes are normal an not a defect from factory while On running clearly states that is not the quality expected from the brand but says that the shop should do a return because of my residence country So
be aware when buying from this shop if somethings arrives they will be difficult and refuse to follow the shop policy. Even when I forward the emails from On running the customer service didn't not reply.

According to SVD my package has been delivered to my home, which it wasn't. I've contacted the customer support to explain that I did not receive the package because I was at work like everyone. The answer I've received that was it was my girlfriend who opened the door and took in the package (her name is mentioned on our postal box). Pretty important detail is that my girlfriend has been on vacation for several weeks so obviously she wasn't physically able to receive the package because she was thousands km's away. I've explained this to the customer service, even sent the flight bookings (to her destination and the booking to get back home). Next answer I've received was that the package was delivered but now they've mentioned another date, a later date in this case, and the date they've mentioned was after the arrival of my girlfriend. I've been mailing back and forth with the customer service for 2 months but never saw the sneakers I've ordered or a refund for the package which was never delivered to us. I've lost around €200 which a significant amount. Obviously I'm not ordering anything anymore from SVD, which is unfortunate because so far I've been fine with everything.

Terrible customer service!
Bought some Salomon XT-6's which I have worn a handful of times, the right shoe developed a large hole in the heel which causes blisters, rendering the shoe useless.
Salomon warranty confirmed it may be defective but told me that I must go through the retailer.
Provided photos of the defect to SVD and additional photos of the sole showing minimal use of the trainer and they basically fobbed me off saying that it's not a defect and that they won’t do anything about it but will 'take my comments into account for future cases' ??
Shoes that retail for £165 should not develop a hole after a few uses.

Won a raffle, sent defective shoes, their policy states they would pay for the return if product’s defective. I responded promptly (within a couple days) with concerns and pictures. Their reply, we “cannot manage my collection” because Nike sent it that way. The leather doesn’t match between the shoes.

In my Nike sneakers, the fabric tore in several places in the middle, in addition, the soles began to crack, the store employee only on the basis of photos, said that this isn't a defect and they won't help me. While waiting for the store's response, I went to a shoes expert, who unequivocally stated without any doubt that the sneakers have a manufacturing defect and a fabric defect. I am crossing this store off my list of favorites, I won't shop here again. It is only a pity that I have recommended it to many people over the years, but this won't happen again.

Again, bought a pair of shoes on sale, tried them on and returned them. They said I wore them, obviously to try them on, can’t levitate. Went to the store to return them (they took the shoes and no one said anything about the shoes being worn. Is the third time I try to return something on sale and one way or the other they won’t accept the return. There is no customer service to talk to (only mails and they have always the last word). I really hope they go down as the worst marketplace for shoes. They have nice things but the post service is awful. Never again, not even to get the good sales they offer. Be careful
