A small crack opened up in the plastic tube in the the vacuum head, I contacted six pad, who requested a photo. I sent them a photo as requested, they very quickly came back with an offer to replace the head, free of charge, which I accepted. Fantastic service

The vacuum cleaner works well, and is perfect for my fairly small (700 sq. ft) London flat. I can vacuum the whole of it, on full power, on one battery charge. However a larger premises might have to be done in two parts, charging the battery midway, or else maybe one could acquire a second battery.
Best of all, though, is the top level and very personal attention I received from Customer Services, both before I made the purchase when I had a question which was very satisfactorily answered and recently, after I'd been using the vacuum cleaner happily for some time, an attachment which had suddenly developed a problem was quickly replaced free of charge. In all I can recommend the SIXPAD vacuum cleaner, and you can be sure that if you do have any issues with it they will be dealt with quickly!

This cordless Vacuum cleaner is ,I can only say a fantastic product and at the reduced Price on offer , a great deal. I have had reason to email the sales department, as the cup brush was missing on the inventry, this I am told will be retified as soon as stocks are replenished, and I have had a polite and respectfull service, the cordless vacuum cleaner is a very efficient and light to use and does the job perfectly on all serfaces, the dust compartment is easy to completetly dis assemble and can be washed out ( wich is not the case with the shark my friend has ) and so I can strongly recomend this Item.

My ongoing saga began on the 11th August 2025 with my original review continuing through to today. Please, please, please do not make the same mistake I did and purchase a product from this company. If the product is faulty as mine was DO NOT EXPECT any redress to your benefit. They continuously lied about a refund both partial and full that never came. THEIR WORST ACTION WAS THEIR OFFER TO REFUND ME IF I WOULD AMEND MY ORIGINAL TRUSTPILOT REVIEW. Basically if I was prepared to lie and say they were a marvellous company I MIGHT get my money back. Think me a fool but my integrity is such, I refuse to sell it to this sham of a company. So please heed this posting. Look to their poorest reviews and base your decision to purchase upon those. There are numerous quality companies selling vacuum cleaners, with excellent customer services and guarantees that they honour. SIXPAD DO NOT HAVE good customer services. You can only deal with them by email, where English is not their first language. I have a suspicion they maybe AI generated.And do not expect them to honour their guarantee, as you will be, as I was sorely disappointed. No doubt you will see a Sixpad response to this review from Edward Blake making the same spurious comments about we tried this and that blah blah. I am more than happy to share my numerous emails with Sixpad to TRUSTPILOT. These will show a patient customer requesting politely to have his issues resolved. They show the ends to which SIXPAD will go to not make a refund. And of course try to bribe me with amending my original review to paint them as five star. So please heed my mistake, DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT.

I currently have an upright SHARK hoover which is good but pretty heavy and awkward to cart up and down stairs. Bought the sixpad x80. It's so light and manouverable. The proof of the pudding is the dust it picks up and there was certainly a fair amount. Used the top power mode in 4 upstairs bedrooms and the hand held variation for the stair and still power in the battery. Only used a couple of times but initial impressions v good

It’s been a difficult period navigated with the assistance of Sixpads customer service.
The first order was, against my direction, left outside the front door and was stolen. Sixpads immediately sent a replacement. Unfortunately they used parcel force again and as far as I know the parcel is still in a hub.
Sixpads stepped in and sent yet another cleaner via Yodel and I finally got my cleaner.
The cleaner works very well and I recommend purchasing any product from Sixpads.

I recently bought a Sixpad vacuum. I had a problem with a seal. I contacted the company who replied the following day. They sent a replacement part straightaway, no quibble or delay. I have had a very good experience with this company and definitely recommend them. Excellent service and customer satisfaction is a priority.

The customer service is so fast and reliable...had a problem with the lower hose on my vaccum cleaner which i have had for 6 months ... i sent a message and photos of the problem and a new part was sent straight away...i love this vaccum cleaner its so light and the suction is brilliant ...fingers crossed i wont have any future problems with it

I bought a new Sixpad S80 vacuum cleaner and had a slight problem with the electric brush.I could not believe how helpfull customer services were.They made a few suggestions and decided to send me a new part.This was successfull, and I would gladly recommend this company to everyone.They really do make you feel like a friend and not just any body.

This mob sound as though they are a rebranded outfit from last year with a fake cordless review page. Order one product and get something different. Try to return and they charge you a restocking fee. Everything they do in thus regards breaks the consumer rights for online ordering. Check these out before using them and do not hesitate to report to police and consumer protection agencies and no, they are not a Danish company. Have a guess where

Sam from Sixpad has truly amazed me. Had a faulty charger and wrote in to customer service to enquire about a replacement and where i could actually get them. Not only was the reply quickly responded, I was asked not to purchase a replacement but rather Sixpad would send me one for free. What other companies would probably have done would be to get me to buy a replacement or sell me something else to go along with it. Sixpad has done none of those and instead given me a replacement for free. In this modern era, its hard to find a business like Sixpad anymore.

A few months back I posted a 1 Star scathing review here but have since changed my opinion as with Customer Service follow-up have overcome our initial difficulties regarding blockages.
The fur from our large Retriever can still be a problem but avoided by frequent checks on bin, etc.
In addition I noticed a small split in a hose nr the brush head. I reported this and Customer Service quickly sent me a new vac which was unexpected.
So well done!

Approx 8 months after buying this vacuum we had a problem with it. Sixpad suggested all sorts to try and help even sending out a new battery. Unfortunately this didn’t solve the problem. When I contacted Sixpad to let them know they immediately said they would send out a complete new vacuum. Fantastic service. Many thanks

Vacuum cleaner was delivered quickly and works very well - it's quiet and easily manoeuvrable and the battery life is enough for us to clean the house fully. I managed to break part of the cleaner (my fault, not the product), and when I contacted the company they replaced the part free of charge - outstanding customer service.

Let me get straight to the point.
The Vacuum Cleaner I purchased was the SIXPAD S80 and the following points noted.
The packaging was excellent on receipt. The design engineers had well thought out their product.
Now for the Quality, the plastic material and mouldings again are very good quality, well balanced lightweight, easy to assemble and use, I was also surprised with the Battery run time. Overall I would recommend this company and it's products.

I expected good things after reading the reviews but am very disappointed.
My previous vacuum clear was a Dyson so the Sixpad cannot compare .
The build quality is cheap .
Emptying the vacuum needs the filter to be removed as hair wraps round the drum and does not go in the collection area . Save up and buy something else .

The connection to the battery broke off of my s80 got in touch with six pad they could not be more help full got straight back and resolved my problem by sending a replacement GREAT
