Absolutely Outstanding Hoover & Service

I recently purchased a new hoover, and it’s hands-down better than the Dyson I had before — more powerful suction, easier to manoeuvre, and surprisingly quiet.

On top of that, the customer support has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I reached out with a small query, the team responded promptly, clearly, and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, even following up afterwards to ensure everything was working perfectly.

The product was sent to the wrong address, only after a picture proved it was the wrong door did they accept this. I demanded a full refund and they said they would do this on 22/7 /25 still waiting for refund

Great product

We had a few issues with the first hoover sent by six pad but they turned this around really quickly for us. They sent us new battery packs in case the others fail plus a £40 refund. They communicated to us with respect and the hoover itself is powerful and running smoothly. I would recommend.

The hand held bit stopped working after…

The hand held bit stopped working after a few weeks. I made sure new filter no blockage and everything was clear. Doesn't pick up anything. When I emailed told I couldn't have a refund as it was last the 28day refund period. They would send me a new battery but that is out of stock so another wait. I just jyst wanted a refund as the product is faulty and a total waste of money . Do not buy.

Could be the Holy Grail of vacuum cleaners?

I have bought quite a few vacuums over the years, mainly corded. The last two were cordless, heavy and not very easy to use from a wheelchair.
Oh yes, I'm disabled. I needed something light weight easy to move around to get the cobwebs and deal with the constant hair from our Golden Retriever,(Merlin). It also needed to be easy to take apart to change tools.
I searched the web and found SixPad. A game changer, does everything and does it well. It's also quiet enough Merlin does not mind vacuuming around him.
I have to say a big thank you to Annie on customer help line. Never had a help line so on the ball.
So happy.

Loved it at first but after not very…

Loved it at first but after not very long things began to go wrong. Basically a couple of months in it sucks slightly then on movement empties dirt straight out onto carpet. Customer service just say oh dear send video of this then send a video of that repeatedly , with it being so new I asked for replacement or refund. Got neither more oh dears and requests for more videos. Really not happy with them at all meanwhile have no Hoover !!

absolutely useless continually blocks

not wanting to buy another dyson I read reviews of sixpad and now I'm sorry I purchased this cordless hoover
It's got to be the most frustrating hoover I've owned. Badly designed. every time use it lasts for about 5 minutes before the tube becomes blocked at the bend and I'm constantly having to poke the fluff debris out before starting again for another 5 mins before blocking again. Absolutely useless. I can't comment on anything else as am unable to use it for more that a few minutes. do not buy

This is an absolute scam

This is an absolute scam! Several links from YouTube, trusted buyers guide claiming this is a legit hoover. The website claims it is a Dutch tech company this is absolutely not true! Claims there is 24hour email support which is also untrue, we have emailed and used there message box twice requesting a refund on the product we have not had a reply. AVOID DO NOT BUY THROUGH THE FAKE LINKS. Does not exist anywhere else. SIXPAD is in fact a brand of muscle toners. I am reporting they're website. SIXPAD if you read this I suggest you refund our purchase immediately.
