Decent cordless vaccum but suspicious marketing

I ordered this vaccum after reading a positive review by an alleged independent vaccum cleaner reviewer. I also checked trust pilot and saw mostly positive reviews.

The vaccum arrived quickly following order and I am pretty impressed by it's lightweight design and ease of manoeuvrability. The machine is very quiet and the suction power is great. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

However I have noticed the plastics and other materials used don't seem to be of the quality of other leading brands so I am uncertain if the vaccum will last as long. Still it is a reasonable price and time will tell.

One more point to note is the original independent review that duped me in seemed suspicious which I only realised after purchase. It suggests the vaccum is far superior to other lesding brands and looks fake. The website was 'Trustbuyerguide.org' There is another similar suspicious looking website 'topguidance.org' of another product that looks exactly the same giving positive reviews for a vaccum cleaner made by Sovora. This product looks identical but a different colour. Selling fur the same price and exact same spec. I would very surprised if both vaccums were actually made by different companies.

Both these websites seem suspicious which begs the question how good the vaccum really if the seller/manufacturer is resorting to such tactics.

As i said the vaccum seems good so far so hope it lasts in which case I will be happy

Not as powerful as expected- adequate suction

On delivery the hoover was not as powerful as expected, requiring a few runs over the carpet to suction properly. Customer service have sent out a new battery so I'm hoping for better performance 🙏

Nice hoover, shame about the delivery

Really pleased with my new hoover so far. Easy to put together although it's a little on the heavy side compared to my old cordless one but that was to be expected. Ordered one day and should have been delivered the next but let down by the courier service Yodel which was not Sharks fault but I suggest they find an alternative company. First attempt at delivery, the van broke down apparently. 2nd attempt, they couldn't find the address even though they had a description, what3words and I waited outside when they were 2 stops away. 3rd time lucky, again I waited outside. Shark customer service was very sympathetic but it was beyond their control.

Powerful Suction, Brilliant Design

I’ve been on the hunt for a vacuum that can tackle both carpets and hard floors, and this one fits the bill perfectly. The suction is absolutely spot on — it picks up dust, pet hair, and debris in the blink of an eye, and I can’t believe how easily it switches from carpet to hard floor cleaning.
What’s a real game-changer is the automatic floor mode adjustment. No faffing about with buttons or switches — it just gets on with it, which I think is a rather clever touch. The design is also incredibly lightweight, so I can glide around the house like a breeze, cleaning multiple rooms in one go without breaking a sweat.

DO NOT USE. FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I received my hoover with a broken battery. On the day I received it I contacted sixpad as I want to return it for a refund. I do not want a new battery as I no longer trust them and there website says we have 14 days to return. They refuse to accept and say I must pay £15 cancellation fee and £30 to return. The hoover arrived broken. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE IN CHINA AND FRAUDULENT

Light, powerful, brilliant.

We've had the sixpad for a few weeks now and we are really pleased. It's so quiet, so we were not expecting the suction to be so powerful. We have a dog, and this vacuum has no issues with clearing up the hair. We also have women in the house and the long hair poses no problem.

It's really light so really easy to use. Don't be surprised by the size of the box. It looks small, but it's just really well packaged. Would definatley recommend over the Vax that we used previously.

The Ultimate Vacuum for Pet Hair

Having a golden retriever means pet hair is a constant issue. This vacuum has been a game-changer for tackling pet hair, even the fine stuff that gets deeply embedded in the carpet.

Just received my new hoover. Fed yo of buying the very expensive ones, only for them to last little more than a year then suddenly they become useless. So after reading reviews I bought this one. It is phenomenal value for money. Loads of tools. Three spare filters. Long lasting battery. What's not to like?

good order experience.

I ordered the SIXPAD80 vacuum and subsequently found that my old vacuum became operational after removal of blockage.
I replied to the confirmation order email to cancel the order, which was promptly cancelled, and my account refunded.
Can not see how this could be a scam company after this experience. ...just saying.

Great little hands free with great suction

I bought this hoover as needed a good but one thats not too expensive, this has been a great buy, the process of ordering was seemless, I received prompt acknowledgement of my order and how to track the order. Once received I put on charge and have been zipping around the house with my new gadget. The suction is also very good. I am very pleased with my purchase and experience. I sent an email as I couldn't find how to place a review on their site. The reply was quick, and they redirected me to trust pilot. They should get some put on the website.

Customer service less than adequate

I purchased their cordless vacuum cleaner on Bank Holiday Friday and paid using my PayPal account. However, I have received no confirmation email from them regarding the purchase and/or estimated delivery date. I contacted PayPal and they suggested contacting SIXPAD which I did via email twice giving the transaction and merchant number shown on my PayPal invoice for the purchase. I am yet to receive a response. I appreciate it is a Bank Holiday weekend, but I would expect to receive at the very least an automated email regarding my communication and giving an indication as to when I could expect to receive a response. I think it speaks volumes when a company sells and takes payment for an item even on a Bank Holiday but doesn’t follow this up with any form of confirmation to the customer. Not impressed at all and I hope my mind is changed.

Revision to my review, SIXPAD have redeemed themselves and have been in contact with confirmation of my order and that it will be processed on the 22 April as it’s a Bank Holiday weekend. I am looking forward to receiving my new vacuum cleaner which I hope will live up to the hype!
