Rebecca Rimmer has long been our go to Concierge with Six Star Cruises and most recently has been extremely helpful, curating and managing our cruise requirements for two trips with Explora Journeys. Including sourcing pre and post hotel stopovers, with complete transfers, excursions etc. Rebecca is so helpful understanding our needs and always manages to make the whole process appear seamless a quality that is so important in our continuing confidence in Six Star Cruises. Everything we requested has been addressed, it’s our first time with Six Star and particularly impressed by Elizabeth’s prompt response to any query…even when sh’s not officially working!

I contacted Lisa Patterson for some information about a cruise that I had seen advertised in the newspaper. Unfortunately, it wasn't now available (not her fault). Within an hour, Lisa had put togerther a taylor made package for me which was almost identical. She was going on holiday herself the next day, but checked in with me a couple of times before she left to make sure I had all the information to be able to make a decision. The service I received was speedy and efficient and could not have been bettered.She went above and beyond. Thank you
