Big cheats. Placed order on 11thDec'21 order 19094. Finally managed to cancel the order on 30thDec'21 as no details of shipping were shared, blaming @DTDCIndia  for the delay in shipment. Its been 45 days now and still I have haven't received the refund. Big liars, they come up with excuses like no one else.  I havent got my money yet and no they say that Im blocked and no one will attend to me henceforth coz I used a term Bloody to their owner. I must admit. either they are quite loyal to the Owner(Cheat) or the Owner himself sits in the customer care.

I think this company is a fraud, how can it take them over a month to deliver an order. They refuse to share my tracking number for the item which they claim is on the way. the also refuse to refund my amount.

Ordered on gold standard whey protein double rich chocolate flavour and wasnt provided tracking details and the order wasn't shipped our for the first five days post order date. I had to keep running behind them, calling them multiple times and no answer. Finally when I received the order after 12 days, I got a different flavour and the free shaker they promised wasn't in the package. Total fraudsters and scammers. Kindly avoid

Fraud website. They accept orders and stop responding. Its been a month and they hhave not shipped the order and they keep telling stories. Am filing a complaint this website for order no.18241

This is a fraud website im ordered on 28october 2021 order no 18235 worth 6450 today 23november 2021 item not shipped not responding they blocked me iam searched for police department website in kurnal city finally im complaint given through watsap to DSP with totall order and payment details ofter complaint they send money return

It's fake website or what.. I have placed order 2 weeks back. Till now no response and showing as unfullfilled. This is not at all accecptable.. They keep on telling stories if I ask.. This is Surendhar from Chennai. Order number 18428..

Just a bunch of scam artists. I had placed order more than a month ago and so far not a word from them. Lousy customer care on whatsapp, DMed then on Instagram (where whoever responded said they were very active). I have asked for a cancellation and a refund, but there has still been no response. And now I can see there are many other customers who have gone through the same predicament. How is this business still active?? FRAUDS!

Sixteeninches.com is a scam wherein they attract gullible customers by offering discounts and fleece them. I had ordered ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Double Rich Chocolate 10lbs during their so called Independence Day sale on 14 Aug 2021. But now I am running from pillar to post to find out where my order is even after 20 days. Firstly there is nothing called Customer Support. They never reply to email, have not send me any dispatch confirmation, never pick up phone call. I used a different number to chat on the whatsapp number given on the site and they promptly replied thinking that I am a new customer. But when I asked about the non-receipt of my 20 days old order, they fraudulently updated the status of my order on their site as fulfilled which otherwise was showing 'unfulfilled'. They are cheats and thieves and I have taken upon myself now to teach them a lesson by exposing them and dragging them to the Court.
They have eventually delivered the order BUT instead of Double Rich Chocolate, delivered Rocky Road and also did not deliver the Free Shaker. Overall a bad experience. Avoid category seller.

Orders are taken for products that they do not have in stock ... They do not ship for 21 days after taking order and payment ... no updates provided ... if you call their numbers you either get no response or are told it will ship in 2 to 3 days ... same story with WhatsApp ... Finally on asking for a refund ... I was told "Talk Politely" ... I have WhatsApp messages and recorded conversations to prove that I have been absolutely polite with these sellers ...

I have ordered Universal Nutrition ultra whey Protein on 16.07.2011, order No : 15956, till now , I have not received my order or my refund till now, in this regard I have contacted More no of Phone calls , Whatsapp msgs and mails there is no response till now.

They sell fake supplements.. and completely deny it later... Really bad customer service.

Please DO NOT BUY anything from sixteeninches.com, they sent me a whey protein pack which was completely open from the side. The outer packing was perfect, but the problem was revealed only when i opened the inner plastic covering. On contacting the website, initally Mukund Arora tried to negotiate by saying that he would refund half the amount. I insisted that they should either replace the item or give me a full refund. Then, Mukund Arora instead accused me of deliberately damaging the packet. In-spite of sending photos, and explaining the matter, he has refused to comply. This man is a fraudster, a cheat. My appeal to all those using sports supplements regularly, is NOT TO BUY anything from sixteeninches.com

I like this product and will advice others to go for it as it is healthy and helpful. cheaper than other products and provides good results. The delivery is extremely fast, and deliver exactly what is expected.
