Wow! The packaging… so beautiful. Haven’t opened as it is a gift. Luxury packaging, bag, ribbon, tissue, note and beautiful presentation box. Can’t comment on quality of clothing though.

Really wanted this bag to be great quality and gorgeous like it looks on the website. No ! It’s cheap quality and not worth the money. Do not spend your hard earned cash on these bags that are worth £50 or less at the most. I’m about to return this rubbish ! It’s cheap market stall rubbish. Don’t waste your time! I’m so disappointed with it as I’ve followed the movement but once I had my refund that’s it’s for me and them.

Fast shipping and easy returns process
Very quick shipping. Ordered to Ireland on Monday and arrived Tuesday. Had previously ordered wrong sizes and returns process is very straightforward. Only issue is that when shipping to Ireland, you pay UK Vat and then have to pay Irish VAT and import duties so makes very expensive. Other websites don’t apply UK vat when exporting to EU.

For a company who have just launched I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of customer service I had received. Extremely friendly and professional members of staff who were exceptionally helpful. This was all before I had even received my tracksuit I had purchased, so as you can imagine my expectations were now sky high, I'm pleased to say the tracksuit did not disappoint. Quality all round.
