We are the importers and distributors on SJCAM in the UK.
You have not messaged us about this issue and therefore we cannot help you sorry.
You decided to buy direct from China so your warranty and customer care is with China.
I'm afraid therefore your review is not valid for us in the UK and should be direct to China
