Recently had two separate jobs done by SJM. A new back door A new garage door and a part replacement of our conservatory. Efficient. All done in the timescale that they initially set. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and knew what they were doing. We have used them before and will do so again without hesitation.

Recent replacement of two SJM bedroom windows, installed by our builder 35 years ago! (It's a good sign that SJM is still in business). Paul Cook, who made the initial visit soon after our request, listened carefully to our requirements and gave us a very competitive quote - without any unwanted sales pitch and 'special offers'. We particularly liked the fact that SJM both manufactures and fits its windows. The site survey by John White was equally straightforward, giving us detailed advice and information on what would be involved - again with no flannel - and with a realistic installation date. The two fitters, Connor and Alfie had to work in unpleasantly cold and windy conditions, but were efficient, cheerful and helpful, both on the new installation and on a problem with an existing patio door, leaving everything well tidied up afterwards. Overall, as painless a process as you could expect. Highly recommended.

I arranged the purchase and fitting of a new composite door through SJM and they were excellent from beginning to end. Prompt survey and ordering of the required door; and excellent work by the fitters (never straightforward in my older house where nothing is quite square!). Very clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recomment them.

I have used this company before with them installing a new conservatory, they done an excellent job then, I request the company to have a Warm Roof installion and again I was not disappointed with there professional approach, the team that arrived where very cohesive, I would have no trouble in highly recommending this company especially for there work ethic, thank you.

SJ Murphy installed new french doors for us last week. Their quote was competitive, their advice was excellent, there were no high pressure sales techniques, the product was excellent and the installers were brilliant. There was a minor problem with the doors - I reported it on Friday afternoon and they returned to fix it Monday morning - no hassle.
I employed SJ Murphy because they installed new doors and windows in the rest of my house 15 years ago - they were a first class company then and still are.
One both occasions they went out of their way to customise the installations with non-standard features.

I used SJM for the 1st time to replace our front door and side screen and panel. The initial survey was done immediately after calling, the process could not have been easier and even though the side screen and panel had to be custom made, SJM designed and managed the entire job. Install was also faultless. The team on site solved any problems and left the place spotless. Absolutely delighted with the result and the service. I'd thoroughly recommend them!

I have just had all the windows in my 170 year old cottage replaced by SJM with Deceuninck's Heritage system and I am extremely satisfied with the result. 1 comment from a neighbour so far, has confirmed what I had hoped for, they look like the originals! Precisely what I wanted, so thank you to all at SJM for clearly, another First Class job!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Fitters courteous & respectful and took care to ensure window and sill was fitted exactly as required. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, I had all the windows and doors fitted in my new extension and the service we received from the sales and installation staff could not be faulted. We had a small issue after a couple of months that one of the doors dropped slightly and they came out the same day to resolve it. Products are very high quality and we liked that they had their own factory.

Excellent service and products. I recently had aluminium doors and windows fitted in my new extension and cannot fault the service provided and the quality of the products. Would not hesitate to recommend.
