Very poor. Order placed 12 days ago and still not received.

Customer service will not answer their phones or reply to emails.

Will not use again and could not recommend

Ordered a garage item 4 days before Christmas. I requested delivery by their 2-3 delivery express delivery at an extra cost. I received a email the next day stating item was being prepared for delivery. The item was not delivered within the requested time. In fact i ordered other items from other companies at the same same and they were delivered prior to Christmas. After the Christmas break I sent a email and asked them where was my order. Also reimbursement of the extra cost of enhanced delivery. No reply was received at all or refund of enhanced delivery charge. The item arrived 6 January 16 days after the order date. With no explanation of why the delay or any reimbursement. Not a good service THEY failed when others delivered good service

The package received after waiting over 3 weeks,and I had to chase SJ Tools to find out were the package was. The cardboard box was too small; therefore, the box ends split, losing the nuts for the Ubolts, split pins also lost.

I have dealt with crap companies in my time, but SJ Tools is right up there.

Had the handles I required, and delivered on time

Excellent quality for the money. Delivery a little longer than expected but not a problem as wasn’t needed urgently.

I was disappointed to learn that the items I ordered could not be delivered within the timeframe stated on my order confirmation. I also struggled to get through on the phone, which was frustrating. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and professional response I received via email. My order was cancelled and refunded the very next day, which I really appreciated

Absolutely useless, ordered an item with 2/3 day delivery. Over a week later I have still not received it. Impossible to contact them via the phone number, not sure why they have one to be honest. As your reply states you did send it first class, but well after the date it was supposed to arrive and after several failed attempts to contact you. So I’m not really sure how your comment is relevant.

Ordered items back in May. On the many times I have rung the contact number in referance to my order and where is it, there has been little to no response .On the two occasions I have managed to speak to someone I’ve been informed that they are waiting for my items to come in. They have taken my money and have not fulfilled delivery or a follow up on my order.This company is scamming people out of money and are not to be trusted .Do not use!

Have purchased some items on eBay, they've said despatch and when to receive them. Guess what, no items, no delivery and totally ignoring my messages. Should be banned from trading on line. I have just opened a case against these con-artists. They seem to forget that it is the customers keep them going. Bunch of disrespectful, dishonest and no gooders.

Took 3 week to come after a few phone calls to the company with nobody answering the calls, bought the levels with handles and they sent the wrong ones, no handles just box section, didn't want to send back as just getting them was a hassle on its self

Don’t deal with these guys on line , list products with said costs, you pay for them , then they realise wrong cost against listing and don’t honour the deal , they should be black listed by Amazon !

If only they were honest and said they’d made a mistake , but no , just ignore the issue and the emails

Received a damaged item, which was eventually replaced. Email responses can be a little slow compared to others and sometimes need a second prompt or chase up. I sense that their friendly customer service rep is a little inundated at times. The whole process took over three weeks from first reporting but luckily there was no urgency in the job we bought the tool for. Prices were very good and the best we could find, initial delivery was also fast. Ultimately a trustworthy retailer if a little slow to respond when there are issues.

I paid £7.36 for delivery, and yet it was delayed because "Im sorry they got missed off the pallet our end". I asked for some compensation towards the delivery, and they offered nothing.

Very ignorant behaviour, I have ordered by eBay from SJToolsLtd, they sent probably not by mistake to different address miles away, there after offered me replacement and finally, not replying to my messages. Avoid!!!! No worth hassle!!!

Good quality blades and very reasonable price. Only let down was having to chase my order when late and given the excuse they were missed of pallet when other orders were shipped from another warehouse. Seems like they didn't know til i emailed for them to check order.

Quality service. Quick delivery of items. Great prices.

Easy to order. Good strong clamps. Delay in receiving them but excellent communication from the company keeping us up to date.

Simply the best price anywhere on the internet, for great quality products. Quickly despatched & delivered (ignoring acceptable Christmas closing). Well packaged and absolutely no dramas. Will happily order from again and totally recommend. Thank you!
