Just don't

If you have an alternative for an insurance - go for it. Skandia will do everything they can to find a loophole to not treat you.

Really very bad

After 17 years I lost 3.000 euros. They told me that many clients complaint and I can change investment product. I asked: ok, what do you suggest me? Answer: oh, I don't know, I serve the intrerests of the company, not yours.
I closed everything I had my money back ( in 17 years I never, never gained money, only lost)
Keep away from them!

Skandia is pulling out the cancellation process

I have been a Skandia member for 20 some years. Currently I do not live in Germany but I am within the EU borders. Last year I've decided to move away from Skandia so I started my Insurance cancellation process July 2023.
Since my first email/phone call the cancellation process, up until now, has taken 6 months! Skandia client service have been promising to pay my dues and yet, when the time comes there is something else needs to be provided, translated, notarized. They do not have a list of things to be done compiled and provided for the clients, instead they come up with new requests each time referring to the EU laws. It seems Skandia simply is pulling the time to pay out.

Greedy unhelpful company

Their private health insurance did not work for me. I am so disappointed, I can't even express. I've paid my health insurance for a whole year (more than 6000SEK!) before I contacted Skandia for the injury I have. I happened to have the first episode of the injury before I applied for the insurance in their company, but I didn't have the problem for over a year after, then it started again during my insurance here. So, I was honest instead of lying! Skandia could have taken my case and helped me by just finding me a doctor to check my leg - such a simple tiny thing for this company, but instead, they decided to drag my case and arrogantly explain me that I need to wait who knows how long for some kind of decision about my case. Robots, not people! After speaking to their customer support and hearing this, I immediately cancelled my insurance in Skandia.se. And I do not want to do anything with them. Such greediness! I could have stayed as their client and paid for many years for my insurance but no, they prefer to turn people down. Shame on them!

Rude costumer service, it been a month since I kyc myself for PIN code to activate my bank ID , they never send it, instead send me some other questions in Kivra
How stupid they can be !!!! I need bankID to login to kivra

Sjukvardforsakring : useless do not buy

I got this insurance since the promise was to be able to meet specialists faster. This is a lie- first of all the customer service is terrible an endless set of chats, like any other company out there. just forms and forms and chats with nurses that only in Swedish. the options of the menu for why you are looking for help are limited and since my Swedish is not advanced it becomes a nightmare to try to describe my ailment. How is this different form the standard vardcentral service? If your company is offering this service don't take it - go for another service one that has English and one could call. Also this does not buy you time because you still need to get a nurse to approve it and then they decide if you get the remit or not. pointless.
