I purchased the KYSS diffuser on 12th June and was really looking forward to using it – the scent itself is beautiful. However, within just one week, the liquid had already evaporated to half. I contacted Skandinavisk customer service straight away and was simply told to return it to John Lewis.

Unfortunately, returning it wasn’t possible as it would have leaked in transit. Since then, the entire bottle has emptied itself – all within a matter of weeks. I reached out hoping for some kind of support from the company, but none was offered beyond the initial response.

Really disappointing experience for a premium brand. As much as the fragrances are lovely, I wouldn’t purchase from Skandinavisk again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to others.

Best customer service ever received.
Package wrongly labelled by Royal mail and sent elsewhere. Solution provided within 24 hours with compensation provided too. Gained a customer for life.

Truly dreadful overpriced candle and eau de toilette. The perfume stinks like wet wipes, and the wick was brittle and faulty, meaning a large portion of the candle was unusable. The lady in customer service was patronising, blaming me for the destroyed candle when the rubbish wick wouldn't allow for a full surface burn. Plus she got my name wrong in the email thread. She refused to compensate me or send me a replacement. For a candle in that price range, more than a yankee, I expect high quality. I've had better at a fifth at the price from a supermarket. I shan't purchase again, truly useless.

Amazing brand and service! The scents offered in their range of products are so wonderful and I consider them of high quality. I have not found a brand like this before and really enjoy the aesthetic of the products as well. I am absolutely obsessed particularly with the fjord scent. Customer service are also very kind and efficient!

I have and am proud to own every product from this company. The hand cream is in my purse all year round, the home candles fills my home with wonderful scents, the shampoo and shower product are in my shower and the little roll-on Perfume go with me everywhere I travel. I cannot get over how natural this product is without being overwhelming and pungent. Seriously go out and spoil yourself now.

So happy they have a US warehouse now. I first bought their hand cream in Copenhagen and it is my favorite. I have to get some for my mom every year.

Fantastic candle, gorgeous smell and reasonably priced. The candle is a beautiful design and well packaged.

Fabulous products.
Skandinavisk products are a refreshing alternative to the same old-same old dubious source ones sold by any number of UK companies who are now jumping on the “eco” bandwagon. Two of my favourite brands have completely changed their products recently and the ingredients and materials as well as packaging aren’t acceptable to me. Whereas Skandinavisk does what it says it does.
I was looking for GENUINELY environmentally friendly and organic products and most of the companies which appear to be ethical on the surface just aren’t at all, many in fact being owned by large parent companies who really don’t live up to their claims. Skandinavisk do what they say they do, and the products speak for themselves.
The ingredients tick all my boxes and the products smell and feel amazing. There’s no artificial type smell. They smell of real ingredients and they don’t leave your skin feeling dried out. The little candles are fantastic, again none of the nasty chemical smells you get with even some of the more expensive brands.
Price-wise they’re on a par with a couple of other “clean skincare” brands so not dreadfully expensive.
During the lockdown it was possible to buy from their outlet, there were more products available in reusable bottles however you can still find these around the internet. I’ve bought directly from Skandinavisk with free delivery which took less than 2 full days to arrive. I don’t like squeeze plastic tubes in my bathroom - they look dreadful and the plastic isn’t widely recycleable in my area, so I’ve found two websites selling the body wash in the bottles as I received from the Skandinavisk “outlet” a few months ago. If there’s one reason for not buying directly again it is that.
I recommend the Oy and Hav scents in particular. However I intend to try all the scents eventually.
We are currently using three body wash bottles and two hand washes. These last ages as the quality is great (not “runny”, and they seem concentrated) The scents hang around for ages and are wonderful.
I really am not a fan of sample sachets, these seem to go against their environmental accreditation as they’re throwaway packaging with no way of disposing of them responsibly or recycling.
This is the one and only negative issue.
I can definitely see us continuing to buy Skandinavisk bath/hand products for the forseeable future.
