Products delicious but customer service seems non existent. My emails go unanswered. Still waiting for information about my third order which I assume is delayed but nobody has replied with any info.

Well these are simply elite! Safe to say I am now hooked on Skandy. Just a different league to the UKs pick n mix!

These were bought as presents. Delivered on time and absolutely loved by the recipient.

I honestly can’t rate Skandy highly enough!
It started with teeny enquiry which they explained isn't their norm or something they provided but found a way to support my request!! Wow!!
I placed the order and there was a small hiccup with the additional packaging being sent out before a gift box could be added – but WOW, the way this was handled was next level.
Before I even had a chance to worry, the team had already jumped on it, arranged for a premium gift box with ribbon, and sent it out on next day delivery at their own cost to make sure everything arrived perfectly in time.
The communication was so friendly, personal and genuinely caring – you can tell they truly value their customers. It didn’t feel like a “customer service script” at all, it felt like chatting with someone who really wanted to make things right.
This is exactly how customer service should be done – proactive, thoughtful and going the extra mile without hesitation.
I’ll 100% be ordering again and shouting about Skandy on my socials because this kind of service deserves to be celebrated 👏✨

I love this candy its delicious i love the fact that you have the best of salty and sweet.

Good product but not good value compared to other suppliers

We recently had a couple of bags of Skandy and without a shadow of a doubt some of the best mix of sweets I have ever had. My colleagues and I loved all the various mixes we received. I would highly recommend to all those with a sweet tooth who are looking for some quality sweets to enjoy.

FINALLY I can get the Swedish candy I’ve been searching for everywhere delivered straight to my home - from the selection to quality to freshness and convenience of delivery, every aspect of Skandy is a 10! Customer service has always been great too. My orders are happily becoming a weekly occurrence

really really tasty sweets, much better than haribos and stuff like that, great variety of flavours and textures too. Only negative is that you will probably end up eating the whole bag so your dental fees may increase :0

Wha a lovely bag of treats. We had the gluten free and the sour mix, absolutely loved them both. The packaging itself is beautiful and so easy to store away and keep fresh due to its unique folding. Highly recommend!

My family and I were presented with the best selection of Swedish candy (SKANDY). The surprise all started with the inviting and mesmerising packaging and that's even before tucking into the delicious contents of the packaging. We all started on the candies and could not hold back until we went through the entire selection. This was a real family treat and we keep coming back for more. We haven't stopped talking about it since then. Well recommended if you are looking for Swedish candy selection with prestige, which second to none!

Tried these sweets as they did a gluten free pick and mix, would like and option to not have the sour sweet in the mix but they are very nice and it’s not very often you get this option when ordering.

It is probably one of the most expensive pic n mixes out there - competing with cinema and christmas market prices. I didn't mind as it was a one off treat... but to order a skandy pic n mix and recieve no bubs or sura s was disappointing. Quality of packaging was good, delivery was good, quality of sweets was good - just wish there was more variety!
