There is nothing .ca about my order, there was misleading information and advertisement of costs. If I knew this product was being shipped from Germany, I would have looked elsewhere as any kind of exchange or return becomes extremely difficult.

We are a Danish company, this is no secret.
All orders will be shipped from our warehouses in Denmark or Belgium.
We have a .ca domain for our Canadian customers. This way, we can show all the prices correctly, so you'll pay what you see on the screen. There will be no additional import duties or taxes.
The .ca site will also show a phone number for our Canadian customers to contact us without overseas charges.
On checkout, all the shipping methods and costs will be clearly shown, as well as an estimated expected delivery date.
In your order confirmation email, we always mention the expected delivery date as well.
On average, shipping to Canada takes about 1-5 business days.
Looking at your order, I can see that it was delivered in 5 business days.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any communication regarding your order.

I bought the universal brake mount kit…
I bought the universal brake mount kit for a premium products bike. The posts for the frame but the bolts were wayyy to long to actually mount the brake. Ended up needing a ton of washers which made the brake super janky. Had to find new bolts for the kit. Caution if you are looking at this product. It will cost you more time and money to make it actually work.

My daughter wanted vintage style roller skates and we couldn't find any in store where we live. We found what she wanted at SkatePro and I am very satisfied with the process. The size charts are well done so it was easy finding the right size for my daughter. Also, delivery was quite fast. I was also amazed by the quality of the product for the price! I am now thinking of buying myself a pair of roller skates myself!

The rollerskis
The rollerskis, bindings and poles are all very good and what I hoped for, but the pole tips had to be reglued on the poles after around 3 times. The rollerskis were great especially for practicing the correct thenique. The bindings were a bit hard to put on my boots but work very well

I order a new par of skates for my son…
I order a new par of skates for my son and the wheels don’t flow properly and my son fell badly. I send a email and they told me is nothing to do with the skates. If you have a older skates just change the wheels. Really I have a new rollers with a older wheels. I’m not happy with the service they don’t take any responsibility with the product they are selling.

When you're switching to different skates than you're used to, it might take some time to get used to them. Especially bearings need some time to break in, so sometimes it might seem to skate a bit slower than the ones you're used to.
After assessment, we haven't been able to find any manufacturing defects with your skates.
In case of a production error, we will always do our very best to solve it for you, but in this case there is nothing wrong with the product.

Great prices and products. Alot of stuff in stock that are not sold anywhere else. Very fast delivery and I live in Canada. It was only about 4 days to get my package. Defiantly ordering all my bmx things from you guys.
